This review will be quite frank, and very detailed.
So I had absolutely no intention of staying at this place. I had booked a Comfort Inn hotel in Downton Miami (Port of Miami specifically), but the nice folk at Expedia decided not to tell me that I have to be 21 to get a hotel in Florida (which is actually not true, the clerk just lied to my face). So I ended up in a predicament where I needed to find a motel ASAP that would not care in the slightest about my age, and would give me a room instantaneously no questions asked. I tried a motel closer to downtown, but it got shot up so it was closed. This was the second closest option, so I ended up staying two nights here. The neighborhood is in a pretty inconvenient place, 2 miles west of Little Havana, near the airport (loud as h - e- double hockey stick), but honestly they probably laced the bed with horse tranquilizer cause I slept right through all of that.  That's a joke, but it is kind of concerning how comfy that bed is. Smells like grandma in a good way. Slept 15 hours. 
Swear the owner mentioned breakfast when I got there, his English was kind of broken, so maybe he was just alluding to breakfast places in the area, but eventually after enough bargaining he gave up his apple. (poggers).
DO NOT GO FOR A WALK AT NIGHT AROUND THE MOTEL, NOT ENJOYABLE.
Very clean, like actually suprisingly clean. No english channels on the TV, but the telenovelas dont really require a degree in Spanish so to say. 
Everyone's really nice. 
Housekeeping came in at like 2 pm the first day to clean, I simply said Estoy Durmiendo, and they picked up on my desire to be left alone.

I dont know what was in the conditioner, it was some brand called ocean, takes about 5 minutes to kick in.
The bed was comfortable, room smelled nice, everyone minded their business and was nice. Also a very spacious hotel room, has like 3 mini rooms in it (bath, bed, office/dining). Whoever took the pictures didn't do it justice
AC works fine, wifi is a little slow, but whatever.

This isnt anywhere near the beach though.
It's about a ten minute drive downtown, 15 to Miami Beach (3.8 miles, 6ish miles, respectively)
CVS and Publix nearby, dont walk to that convenience store Apple Maps says to, its drive thru only.
Basically, you get what you pay for.

Sometimes you just want to sleep in a comfortable bed and nothing else. This is the typical passageway, with a very comfortable bed, the huge and extremely clean room. It was a bed and TV room, a kind of table and armchairs and a very large bathroom. It's not at all luxurious. It's one of those that parks the car at the door of its patio. The rooms are at the foot of the street and are set around a patio. Like in the movies. Very cheap compared to the prices in Miami and a short drive from downtown. 8 dollars from Uber. No luxuries but with a very friendly staff. They speak perfectly Spanish.

I've spend two nights in the Motel with my son. Room was #10. Everything in the motel smelled old, Our bathroom was very poor and dirty with a couple of big bugs on the floor. Location wise is ok as it's 15 mins from south beach,

This listing is incorrect. This address is NOT in North Miami Beach...Not even close !! This is a Miami city address/zip code, an area nearby Little Havana. TripAdvisor needs to correct this glaring error as it is highly misleading to travelers !!

NOT North Miami Beach !

North Miami Beach is appealing as much as this room. Sewer smell permeates through the city. The people places and things are subclass. Most home owners are deed stuck seeing property values have gone way down and if sold wouldn't buy a place in a proper place. Government and infrastructure is a disaster including law enforcement and crime levels. Not on the ocean as claimed. Railroad tracks highway and some distance from the ocean. The city sold the beach access years ago. Now owned by Sunny Isles. North Miami Beach is a total waste of time and money just like this room. All the better rooms are in another city as you can see.

North Miami Beach in general

Clean, cozy, comfortable motel for your money. Spacious room, great Wi-Fi, always parking space, you can park right at your room door. Close to the airport, of course if you're in your car.

It's comfortable.

The hotel is easily reachable in 5 minutes by car from the airport. It is also convenient to reach the Everglades and the main attractions. As mentioned in the title, the Motel is really a bit squishy but if you are of few claims and with a limited budget it is fine, the sheets are clean, the hot water is there, towels and toilet paper are also there. The room is not tiny and the car is parked. The Zone didn't seem beautiful to us but we arrived in the evening and went to one of the supermarkets open 24 hours at 2 steps and nothing went wrong. Just to rest a night. Here the prices are high everywhere and for shopping even high is fine anyway.

I stayed one night because I missed the flight and the truth is that it was only one night, the room is very small and the toilet leaves much to be desired.

Passing by alone.

No hot water to shower; the manager here didn't dare to move up to our room to solve it and really we felt more than embarrassing him with this broken shower bitch! As soon as we arrived, unpleasant welcome, the smile must be optional at this gentleman who should rather work in the funeral pumps!... the room was as sad as the reception....thanks to having nightmares but fortunately we only spent one night there because besides this hotel is in the landing hall of planes that go very low above our heads back we were at the Pierre Hotel in Miami Beach which for 1 equivalent price is really great by this one

No cold water, three bad breath, sad room.

I don't recommend it, dear and with many shortcomings, in air, doors, bathroom, windshield and others... they charged me 80 dollars for a night that I had to pay because I was having trouble sleeping somewhere.
