Price was lower than any other area hotel for the quality level, this is the only reason I selected this hotel.
What was bad
Staff were polite but either understaffed or untrained. Takes forever to check in and its a massive free for all with multiple parties trying to check in or ask questions. We had 4 rooms and each room asked for my towels and none ever received. I dont understand why this hotel thinks 1 towel in a room is sufficient. The shower is the wor
