Start to finish, this hotel experience was HORRIBLE! My booking e-mail stated to contact the hotel in the event you would be checking in late. I called for two hours and no one answered the phone. When I arrived, I couldn't find the hotel because the it is labeled with a completely different name. There was no valet present and I had to go across the street to park my car and drag all my luggage across Collins Ave. I finally got to my room and th
