I checked in at 5:00 PM.  At 7 I went to take a shower and there was NO water.  I reached out to front desk - they were working on it and would call me when fixed.  No one ever called.  In the morning I tried the water and it worked and it was disgusting. See atreached photo - would you shower in this water? Brush your teeth? Wash your face? The mini fridg did not work.  The curtains didn’t close to block the light out. When I showed these pics to the front desk, they apologized but would not refund a single cent of the $135 they charged me. Oh and the mattress is the worst I have ever slept on in a hotel before - be prepared to toss and turn all night and be kept awake from the spotlight shining in because the curtains wouldn’t close.

Stayed at the location by the mall. It was terrible. First room had a bunch of flies. The second room had bloody stained sheets. Another member of our party did find bed bugs in her bed  We left early.  We took our stuff to the laundry mat and cleaned our clothes and sprayed our bags.  We missed half a days fun.😭

I remember when they built this place.  This is my first stay here, the hotel is definately showing its age.  The floor are work, the rooms need to be painted.  The Windows are dirty on the outside.   But, the beds are comfortable, and the rooms cleanish,(they really need to clean behind the door in the bathroom)  .  Ok place to stay.

I got an excellent rate for the weekend at this hotel.  Though it showed wear, it was clean and I felt totally safe staying here.  The employees and others staying here were friendly and helpful.  The free breakfast offered the usual fare of eggs, sausage, cereal, yogurt and waffles.  I used the stairs instead of the elevator most times, and the stairs were clean and open.  They did have carts for transporting luggage that were easy to maneuver.

I’d give it a zero or less if I could.  Dirty, disrepair, staff doesn’t care. Stained sheet, another sheet with a big hole in it, curtain had fallen, tub dirty, mold on shower wall, smoke alarm hanging by the wires. Staff could care less. 

Stay away from this one

Just went out to dinner with my husband, his cousin, her boyfriend, and her child. Came to get a hotel room here at the Country Inn and have some cake and enjoy the pool before it closed. 
Within 10 mins of being checked in at our room we receive a hard knock on the door from the GM informing us that we weren’t permitted to have this many people in the room, which we explained to him that we were not all staying and that we were planning to have cake and enjoy the pool and my husband and I were the only ones staying. My husbands cousin was trying to do something nice for us and give us the gift of a night away out for our birthdays and Valentine’s Day. Too bad this was ruined by the country inn and suites. I’ve never felt so discriminated against and will not be recommending this hotel to anyone ever agin nor will I be staying at a hotel that treats its patrons this way. 
Immediately after a gay couple, and a mixed couple walked into this establishment, there was an issue with the office. I informed the lady at the front desk that she will be issuing a refund as we were in the room for 25 minutes and weren't able to enjoy any of the amenities. 
Instead of staying at the Country Inn we came next door to the Baymont and had no Issues enjoying our cake, and werent able to enjoy their pool or any pool for our birthdays because all the other pools were closed by the time we made new reservations.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was pleasant and very helpful. Had to add another day to my stay and there was no problem at all. Look forward to returning if I'm back in the area. Thanks for everything.

Won’t be staying here again… shower wasn’t cleaned since last person. I think they just removed the soap on the soap dish in the shower, but didn’t bother to clean off the left over soap. Went to dry off after my shower and 2 towels had hair on them, 3rd smelled like dog pee. All towels are horribly old, small, and cheap. If you stay more than one night, don’t expect them to come clean your room or refill your amenities. There’s a sign at the front desk stating that they are short staffed and not cleaning rooms. I question how well they clean the rooms even between guests.

The hotel is really nice and clean. From the first time you walk in the doors all the employees are very nice and helpful. The breakfast was included and good. They had a good selection. It was cooked perfectly. They lady at breakfast was on top of cleaning the tables off when someone was done at breakfast so it was ready to use by someone else. This hotel is definitely worth the money.

Stayed the evening of 10/30/22, room 210. The grounds and parking lot are keep clean and nice looking. The lobby is large with a fireplace and a breakfast are. The breakfast was decent and much better than a Best Western and Super 8 that we had previously used on this trip, scrambled eggs, sausage, etc. The room: first impression was not good, when entering the room and glancing into the bathroom we discovered that the toilet had not been flushed and there was paper floating in the bowl. The was a soap wrapper in the room wastebasket so the maid had not checked that well. There was food debris on the dresser top and it did not appear that the room had been vacuumed well between guests. Ok, so flushed the toilet and used a washcloth to clean the dresser but all this combined to tell us that the maid had done a less than adequate job so what else is dirty that we can't see? This is where you travel with a pack of sanitizing wipes to wipe down handles that the maid should have. The sheets and towels appeared changed and clean so we did not ask for another room. The room was decent size. The toilet lid was loose and moved every time I sat on it, would only take a screwdriver to fix. The tub was old and unusual in that it sloped much more than a regular tub in both directions to the center so that you are standing in a puddle of water the whole time. The water did not drain after water was turned off so I was standing in a puddle that included some of my hair conditioner that I had just rinsed out. In order to have clean feet I needed to turn the water back on, rinse one foot and step out of the tub with one foot and then rinse the second foot. This tub must be very annoying for the maids as they must need to use a squeegee or sop the water up with towels in order to have a dry tub for the next guest. the sink and bathroom mirror were newer though and nice. The mirror was very large. The dark brown flooring to the room was older and unattractive but the carpet appeared newer and nice. Overall, we had a fine stay but would have appreciated better cleaning and updated tub. The hotel is in an area of town where there are lots of restaurants, etc. The check in clerk, female, was not very friendly but the woman in the breakfast room on the day of our check-out was very efficient and friendly.
