I stay in hotels all across the south and especially Mississippi. This one is a bit of a stand out in that the rooms were renovated and it's in very good shape. The bed is more comfortable than a lot of other higher end properties and if I'm anywhere close in need of a room I choose this one. Breakfast is a little basic, but it's not the worst around. 

This is a great little hotel on I-55

Stopped in here during a road trip. Check in and check out were easy. Although the bed was comfortable, the room was in fair condition. There was mold/mildew on the ceilings and the moisture in the air made everything feel damp. 

Not worth it .....

Roaches Roaches and MORE roaches....I didn’t include spiders....This place should be condemned....The pictures speak for themselves....Management was RUDE when I asked for a refund they offered half so I refused...I will be reporting these concerns to the proper channels....

Please DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY!!!

Horrible.  I wish I had read the reviews before I booked.

We went through three rooms before we gave up and went to sleep.

The first room had something brown smeared on the back of the bathroom door.  The floors were disgusting.  When I went to the front desk, the clerk didn't seems surprised and just moved me to another room.

The second room seemed okay.  The floor was still really gross, but there wasn't mysterious brown on the walls.  There were lots of crayon marks all over the wall, but crayon isn't unhealthy.  After laying in bed for a short bit, I felt itchy.  I looked and found something brown and gooey.  Caramel or cheap chocolate maybe?  This was about 11:00 pm and the front desk was closed.  After a family member of the owners arrived at the night window, I told him that my bed had food in it and the sheets were dirty, he replied with "So, you want a new room?"  I explained that was the second room we had because they were dirty and asked if they had any clean rooms.  His response was "I don't know."

I got a third room.  The bathroom was disgusting.  This room had 2 beds in it as opposed to the king we had ordered.  The first bed was dirty.  We looked in the second bed and it seemed clean enough.  Half the pillows were dirty with either hair or stains that looked like blood.

For breakfast, we only ate things that were individually wrapped in a factory.  The milk tasted like it was watered down.

There is a sign out front saying something about newly remodeled rooms.  The rooms did seem to be remodeled, but they forgot the bathrooms and they didn't seem to finish the rooms completely.  They are also going to need to be remodeled again soon if they don't take care of them.

It wouldn't be so bad if they would just clean their rooms!  Change the sheets!  Use bleach and cleanser!  And air out the rooms for a while to get that smell out!

That is doubtful to happen, so just don't even stay here.

This place was the worst place ever    SHEETS FILTHY FLOORS FILTHY    would not leave anything on the floor     ICE MACHINE  was terrible   I had some kind of SCUM  on the bag     so glad to get out of here ,,,,,bad smell      had to change rooms from worse to bad           stay away

Stay away

I travel frequently for business and I really don't mind staying in most places if it saves the company a few dollars. But the Americas Best Value Inn Canton was below even my flexible standards. The first room they gave me had the bed looking like someone had just crawled out of it, literally. So i want back to the front desk to ask for another room. In that room the TV only received 1 (one) channel a local tv evangelist at that. So, back to the front desk where I informed them I would try on e more room, but if it's "strike three", I'm out of there. In the third room they gave me, I found that the tv didn't work at all, the bathroom ceiling looked like it was falling down, and the general condition was poor to say the least. I left and went to the neighboring Hampton Inn. It did cost a little more, but it was well worth it.  

Worst ever!

The absolute worst hotel I ever stayed at.  The rooms are full of roaches and dirty and smelly. The AC didn't cool the room. this place is a shipwreck stay away from this place. pick any other hotel it will be better than here.
