Unfortunately old and rundown. Electrical plugs are too loose to plug in and hold phone charger. Lamps do not work. Hole in bathroom sheetrock. Checked out when heater would not work and repairman unavailable. At least they fully refunded my card and helped to reserve a room at another nearby hotel.

Budget hotel - not worth the price.

Don’t even think about staying here! If you need someplace cheap to stay, sleep in your car! Only 3 of the 6 light fixtures worked, bathroom door was broken, holes in the walls, mold, fridge was gross and the microwave was missing, mold, paint peeling off the ceiling, looked like someone had tried to break in using a crowbar, you could see out into the parking lot through the gap in the door, the heater/AC was not functional and there was mold everywhere! After many years as a Boy Scout leader I thought my standards were pretty low. I could sleep in the dirt, do without running water, pick food up off the ground, brush it off and still eat it but this place was more than I could take, GROSS!

Disgusting

Pass this mf up dnt stop and spend the extra money dnt stay here nor in the town me and friend is up with every light on can’t rest for killing bed bugs..were watch my two yr old sleep...were not from here we drove 9 hrs just to be animal hunters lol that’s messed up I called in for a refund they will refund me..it’s mole on the wall and it’s antique and the room funky asf and the customer service is horrible..I’ll never come back to this place it’s nasty asf and a drug infested environment not safe!!!! Not clean I’m calling the BBB AND HEALTH DEPT THEY NEED TO Close THIS NASTY MF DOWN AS IN TEAR IT DWN AND SELL THE PROPERTY it’s also dried up bed bugs etc on the wall as well

The list of things wrong with this hotel would take days to write. The parking lot was covered in trash, there was a group of 20 people hanging out all night being VERY LOUD. I was propositioned TWICE if I wanted to buy some dope, , and the room was no better!

WHAT A DUMP!

The room was clean, really did need a few more towels.  (only had 1 towel) and comfortable for just a night stay.  We were told by the nice lady in the lobby when we checked in that breakfast would be from 6-9 am.  Well, I just assumed that if you tell me that breakfast begins at 6, then that means that breakfast will be HOT and ready at 6.  Not still COLD.   Biscuits, sausage gravy, and link and patty sausages were all COLD.   Yes there is a microwave there, but that isn't the point.  And the lady that was in the room to check on things, stared at us while we ate.  Made me very uncomfortable.   I didn't even want to look up at the television, because she was watching us.   I know that this is the lowest priced hotel on the block and that is why we chose it, but I was disappointed.    I didn't expect the Hilton.   But I guess my expectations were too high for this place.   

Clean Comfortable room ....BUT

The whole place to me was very dirty. Garbage everywhere. Even in my room I found an empty water bottle. I was there for 3 nights and my room was not cleaned one time. I ended up going to the front desk and asked them if they would at least change the sheets and take the garbage out. Well they brought me sheets and just handed them to me and the garbage was never taken out. The wifi also only worked half the time. Next time I will spend the extra money and stay somewhere else.

Very Upsetting

i stay at this property 26+ nights a year.  It is always clean, comfortable and the staff goes the extra mile to accommodate all my requests.  The rooms are well maintained; linens are always fresh and new.  The breakfast buffet goes well beyond continental with eggs, sausage, gravy, biscuits, etc...
There are good restaurants near by.
The Wifi connection is excellent.

Quite, comfortable & clean

Filthy rooms, furniture badly spotted and worn out years ago; too disgusting to want to sit down; police patrolling the property; checked two rooms: bathroom only partially cleaned in one room; leaking toilet formed a pool on the floor of the second.  If this is the only motel in Cleveland with a vacancy, keep on driving.

Dreadful place - do not stay!

The good things first: the magnetic key opened the door - Room 115. From there it was all downhill. The air conditioner did not work - had to call the front desk who sent maintenance man who had to get down on floor and reach up underneath and jiggle wires to get it going. The florescent light over the bathroom sink only partially came on until about an hour later when it made its appearance. The bathroom sink and toilet need work in big way. On up in the evening, I had to go down to front desk and ask for plunger to see if I could get the toilet unstopped. Had very little success, but did get it to work enough to make it through the night. NO wifi at all. Front desk tried to reboot system without success.

Would have asked for another room, but it was late and we had unpacked and were ready for bed. We said we would tough it out. I left list of items needing attention with front desk. One of the worst motel rooms we have ever stayed at.
