This was the worst place I've ever been to in my whole entire life the place is supposed to be under reconstruction and the place is look like a bandon hotel when you first pull up to it I'm talking about curtains hanging everywhere I'm talking about it looks disgusting and very scary so I thought I had the wrong address so I think the lady come out and I go up in there so tell me on the second third floor so please so I told her no I got rides in my back and I have a whole little baby that cannot I'm not going to be walking up no 3rd 2nd and 3rd you know Florida give me the first floor we went into the rooms on the first floor I'm talking about that was abandoned basically it was like literally like someone you know how they shut down the whole building and they all they move over whatever to a whole new location and they leave little stuff behind that's how the room is it's concrete floors is no it's raw floors no no Kurt no carpet no talents or anything on the floor just strip bare floor the couch the little couch they had in there I swear it was basically like it came from out of abandoned building it has been sitting for like about 3-4 years or whatever and this is no exaggeration took pictures I'm talking about not a damn child not a FaceTime not a bar soap not nothing when the the bear wasn't making the old bears or whatever that needs to be throughout we'll need to put in the room was stripped basically I'm talking about there is the curtain will strip off the floor the the wall where it was only hanging from two little curtain hooks and the so half of it was hanging where the window was basically exposed the door got so much space from the top to the side you can see it's like an inch from the door like literally you can see outside of your toy like look through the crack look through the side the crack of the door you can see outside you can see people walking past you can see all that so basically you are exposed to that so if somebody want to pick your lock they can do that because that's how much open space it is with the door when I say there's no chain on that door or nothing I was pissed and then it was no TV no microwave no TV no refrigerator none of those things so I'm looking like what what's going on so the air conditioner barely even work so I'm looking like what the hell are you kidding me so the lady buy me towels over there for me she brought me towels she only brought us a hand towel and a body towel like a small body towel or whatever so I'm looking so basically the place should be shut down and it should not be open back up ever in life until they are literally done with it should not be open for the public if your call yourself under construction back nobody should do that like the news people need to come out there and then they got the nurses a night like they cannot that's that's preposterous like you're planning on people intelligence when you do stuff like that and the sad that they will come to the communities or different areas and actually present that type of madness to people but you won't take that to the white neighborhoods cuz the white people ain't going to let you have no hotel like that up in a damn neighborhood and if it's down there look like it's abandoned you would think a riot came through there or something so no they don't even deserve a one not even a zero it's not even no no points to even give them it should be minus everything like a minus 100

﻿This hotel is disgusting.  The room allocated was filthy.  Sheets dirty, floor had food and other filth all over it, parts of carpet were wet, the single towel ( booking was for 2 people) was wet, no kettle/ coffee maker, hotel elevator not working, advertised included breakfast non existent, staff non existent other than a disinterested security type individual that gave me a room key, the so called non smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke, the entire hotel was in disrepair, no room soap or other basic amenities, etc. I have never stayed in such a poor place except for maybe third world countries, but in those places they are cleaner than the Jackson OYO Hotel. This hotel should not be allowed to trade, and as a potential customer I strongly recommend DO NOT STAY HERE. For the same price you would do much better elsewhere. 

Horrible hotel - DO NOT STAY HERE

Worst place I have ever stayed, arrived at 2:30 am and left at 9 am was desperate for sleep. Moldy towel in bathtub, stains on ceiling and nasty carpet, striped out abandoned truck in lot, drapes ripped, no room key, just flat out nasty! the only plus is no bed bugs.

Avoid this one!

Checked in and the room was a non smoking room tracking of smoke and had not been cleaned. 2nd room door was broken and the smoke detector was hanging off wall and beeping. Lamps didn’t work. 3rd room had only small cheap lamps by bed. Other lights didn’t work. Smoke detected was off wall laying under a cabinet. Worst place we have ever been. Saw one man whose room wasn’t cleaned and they gave him bed clothes to change it himself. 😟

I will let the photos speak for themselves, I will give it less than 1 star.  It is a shame that they bring third world standard to the US! 

It shows both the power and the ugliness of capitalism.  Price the room low and wring out the profit (because there is no costs of maintenance and basic costs) and still fill the hotel because there is a demand!

OYO Hotel sent me multiple emails asking for a review so here goes.  I stay in cheap motels all the time but this is the worst I've experienced.  Wifi didn't work (tried 2 networks), front door was difficult to close, bathtub coating was half gone, carpet not affixed to the floor in spots, mattress needs to be replaced, smoke detector missing.  I could go on and on. The rooms shown on the internet look decent but mine was awful.  Believe all these bad reviews- find somewhere else to spend the night.

The Worst

Are you kidding me you want a review? This must me Joke. Ok here you go. First of all I came to The hotel and your night clerk could not be bother to wait on me she was on her cell talking to her boy friend. Then when I final got her attention she took for every getting The information because she continue to talk to her boy friend she could not even put Th e phone down. Customer service I don’t think they fingered that out yet! HELLO !!!!!!

Second go to my room and the door would not  open. Once inside the dirty room.  I open up the shower curtain and find a the tub had pubic hair in And rust I am very tired and then I pull the bed spread back to find the bed sheets had cum on them from the last couple who slept in the bed. 

The room was dirty and no toilet paper  I guess you wanted me to use my hand After going number 2 and wash it off in the sink. Oh that right no soap in the room. No I am just pissed so go back down to the window to get the attention of he night clerk she was to busy talks and on her cell phone still. 

I so exhausted I just laid my own towel  on the bed spread. And I when to bed. 

You ask for a review of this stay? I have couple of suggestions:

1) get new night clerk and have rule about being on cell phone when customer is checking in.

2) clean you rooms up and make Th e air and heater work.

3) how about Quality Control check of the room. Before you rent it ou fo the night.

4) how about supply of soap and toilet paper or is it t he expectation that you use your hand to wipe your butt.

5) close down if you can do the 4 other rules above because The Heath department for the state of Mississippi would love to visit you hotel.
