Made a reservation through Expedia. Called hotel 30 minutes later to confirm. Hotel had the reservation but no rooms. They had been fully booked for months due to a special event. I asked them to reject the reservation so that I can get a refund from Expedia. They refused, and told me to call Expedia. I asked Expedia for a refund but nobody at the hotel will answer their calls and their voicemail is full of unanswered complaints. Expedia's policy is not to issue refunds without the hotel's approval. Because this hotel is incompetent and evil, they're never going to get that.

Customer-abusive, ignorant, bad business owners, untrustworthy

I had a wonderful stay but some girl named something Eastwood was saying that you all were nasty and can’t take care of your kids too. Ugh 😣 I had a great time though. It was clean and good but you can’t please everyone.

Confused

Good location , clean and comfortable. Liked the kitchen , big freezer. I stay week for business purpose and it's very nice stay. Nice inexpensive place to sta.i was surprised to see it had a full kitchen.if you are looking for a nice , clean inexpensive place to stay I definitely recommend them. They are located closed to a lot of place and the staff was nice as well. Town House Inn , Jackson is the best place in Jackson for long stay weekly or monthly.

Stay review

I stayed here for a couple of weeks while working in the area. The price was right but then the room was a huge surprise! Extremely nice. Beautiful kitchenette made my stay so pleasant. Staff was wonderful

Excellent hidden gem

We were flooded out and given a voucher for 2 nights at this hotel. I had heard their reputation wasn't the best... so I was leary but agreed to go there. There staff were curt at first but they have definitely "cleaned house". I opened the door to find a comfortable king size bed, nice room decor, recliner, flat screen TV,  mini fridge, microwave and a coffee pot. They were helpful and courteous once they realized we weren't going to cause any problems. They are trying very hard to remove their prior owner's reputation. We liked it enough we stayed another week until our temporary living arrangements were in place. Also PET FRIENDLY!!! HUge plus to us!

Pleasantly Surprised!

Was a little pricy for a motel.. Around 75$ is a little high I think. But it was a freshly remodeled. I was surprised there was a full size refrigerator and stove with oven! It was literally a kitchen .
Bed was decent. Clean sheets clean bathroom

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights visiting my family in the Cape Girardeau area. It was decently priced, and was much nicer than some of the other hotels for the same price...and even one that is higher priced! I had a king room, and it was just as neat, and set up as any of your "basic" Drury hotels like Pear Tree, or Drury Lodge or Inn...Just your basic hotel room, but for a better price than the Drury hotels in the area
