You only have 2 choices for hotels in Monett, MO.  This one was the better of the two however, this one was not without issues! First, the clerk (Tanisha) at the front desk on check in gave us a rate for our stay for the duration.  This did not happen on check out.  We were charged a fluctuating lodging rate from $91.50 up to $126.00 a night, which was not within our agreement.  
Second, we had wifi issues for the first week.  No wifi.  
Third, the hotel has overloaded electrical circuits that cause the power to shut off when using multiple appliances or devices.  These are also fire hazards and code violations that the hotel needs to address before they have a fire caused by overloaded electrical outlets.  I'm a retired FF and I know these things to be true.  
Fourth, never anyone on site with any authority to give assistance or help with making your stay more satisfying.  The one lady that pretends to be a manager had no idea of authority, knowledge or wherewithal to handle the duties of a manager and the manager/owner was never available in person, by phone/text or email to help with anything.  He had one excuse after the other for not returning calls for assistance.   
Fifth, the hotel is outdated and is need of updating and/or refresh.  Dirty carpets and stained sofas.  
Sixth, the reported daily breakfast was pretty sad with watered down coffee and stale pastries.  
We will definitely not book this hotel ever again.  If I ever have to come back to that area for work again, I'll drive from another location that has more reliable and satisfactory accommodations that also abides by their reservation agreements.

Misery in Monett, MO

We have been staying here for years and we have always had a pleasant time. I picked up a yogurt on the way out for the day. Big mistake! The 'manager' told me that she would call the police if I left with the yogurt since breakfast had ended at 9:00 and it was 9:05.

Maybe not the best customer relations.

Hotel staff were very friendly and aproachable. Rooms were clean and had a good sleep during my 2 nights stay in this hotel. Breakfast included, although not alot to choose but still I was able to good coffee ang bagel. 

Good hotel

All in all a very good hotel.  The room was clean, breakfast was okay, but for the price I would have expected more.  $110 on a Sunday night is way too high for a single room.  I had stayed the previous night in a different town in a much less expensive hotel that wasn't a chain hotel and it was just as nice, clean and spacious as the Super 8, possibly even better.

Golf Trip

Their cable was out so no tv and the breakfast items were put up by the time we made it in there @ 9:00. And the items that appeared to be for breakfast was very limited. Staff need additional training.

Clean but…..

The rooms at this motel are clean, spacious, and up to date. Sandy and his staff always strive to ensure each guests feels comfortable and welcome. We have stayed here many times in the past and always recommend it to our friends and family when they are visiting.

Super 8 in Monett, MO

Conveniently located hotel near highway, shopping and restaurants. Beds were surprisingly comfortable and staff, from front desk to housekeeping, were helpful and friendly. Nice price point for the quality of hotel. Could use some updating on floor coverings and style but not offensive.

Small town value

I brought my team to this hotel for an overnight soccer tournament.  The staff was exceptional and the rooms were clean and well furnished.  Our needs were taken care of quickly and efficiently and the atmosphere was positive.  We had an excellent experience.  I would highly recommend this establishment.

Excellent Hotel for business or pleasure.

Room had 1 king bed ( hard as a rock) and a pull out loveseat ( twin / sm double ).   The front office lady training a younger lady was of no assistance with the reservation that was sold to me by third party , sams travel, telling me I need to contact them.  It took them 30 minutes from 4:30-5:00pm to check me in and the lobby is full waiting to check In.  The checkin process was far from smooth.  Then told me to call sams travel about reservation.  Got to hotel room up stairs  (no elevator) No explain from staff of  room Was left right upstairs or down.   Just shoved cards at me to leave.   Come me to Find Out the still Had my Id and did not even return it as she was so flustered ( and she was the expert training a young lady)
Phone in room did not work to dial out even had an employee come to try and call 800 super 8 hotel line.  Phone won’t dial out told tomorrow housekeeper can look at it.   Poor service.

Room not as advertised  , was to be a 2 room suite that could accommodate 5 people.

Be forewarned, this hotel does not have an elevator, so be prepared to haul your luggage up stairs. Also, breakfast is a very limited "continental breakfast" not a hot breakfast. Considering these things, this hotel is overpriced.
