Every worker was very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean. I would stay here any time I’m in town. I stayed 3 days. It is well located to anything you would like to do. East Glacier is only a hour drive to the west and the Canadian boarder is 30min to north.

A great stay

This hotel was super clean and the staff was amazing. We were able to use the pool and also do some laundry on site which is a great option at a hotel when you've been traveling for several days. 

Great staff, Clean spaces

Hotel is clean and well maintained. Staff are helpful,  fast and knowledgeable. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was hot,  plentiful Ang the breakfast area is very clean and well attended by the staff. 

Great stay

Stayed on a Saturday evening. Friendly service when checking in. Rooms are spacious, and the beds are average. Plenty of parking. The gym, hot tub, and pool are simple yet clean. Free breakfast and computers. Rooms have a small refrigerator and microwave. The price was around $190.

Room was clean, plenty of breakfast items available, pool was nice and heated and dog friendly rooms.

Clean room, quiet hotel, pet friendly

I recently stayed at the Best Western in Shelby. I had a great experience there! The hotel is very conveniently located next to the highway. The employees were very friendly and always checking to see how things were going. The breakfast had a lot of options, including cold and hot items. We loved using the fitness center and hot tub! The room was clean and the internet worked great. I'll definitely stay there again the next time I travel there.

Great Stay at Best Western in Shelby

We chose this hotel as it is pet friendly and it truly was.  We had a room close to door and there was a nice area to walk our dog.  The breakfast was outstanding!  Fresh fruit, non-dairy choices for milk and yogurt, hot entrees, fresh pastries.  I highly recommend !!!

GREAT stay at the Shelby Best Western

I highly recommend the best Western in Shelby Montana! It is a beautiful and clean hotel with friendly staff. Their breakfast is phenomenal always fresh and hot and very tasty, the breakfast staff always made sure everything was well stocked and clean. It far exceeded many hotels I have stayed at and I rate this one right up there with Marriott!

Wonderful experience

The hotel and rooms were very clean and roomy. Breakfast was fantastic and very friendly staff. Beds were nice and comfy, very quiet.  We will definitely stay here again if ever in Shelby, Montana again.

Best hotel in Northern Montana

I was charged twice for my stay. I have not been refunded my second charge. Staff are not helpful with the matter. I’ve been hung up on by phone when calling to request assistance. Will not return. Very unhappy.
