They hung pictures over the bed while I was out& did not change the bedding even though I asked until the next day after I asked again. They left trash from their lunch on the floor & drywall dust on the bedding and night stand & my backpack as well.

Clean rooms with great customer service. We stay here a great deal and issues are very very few and when they do occur, they are taken care of very quickly. Rita does a wonderful job making our stay a very good experience.

Always a good experience.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Front desk woman is RUDE. Hotel is dirty. Wish I would've read all of the terrible reviews about her attitude before staying. I witnessed her yelling at another guest in the parking lot and should've known she would be a problem. She yelled at me two different times and tried to come in my room yelling without caring that my baby was sitting there for all of it. Worst hotel experience I've ever had by far.

Worst hotel staff ever

Clean comfortable room.  The website lists hot tub suites at this hotel, there are no hot tub suites at this hotel.  The pool was closed, I believe due to covid.  The website lists breakfast, there was no breakfast served, I believe also due to covid.

Website is wrong on ammenities

This place was TRASH. The lady at the desk was the worst person I think I have ever come across. The room upon arriving seemed fine! It was up to date. When we went to bed the blanket we got had a CIGARETTE BURN HOLE in it in our "non smoking room." Cool whatever I go to the front desk to request a new blanket and she argues with me there isn't a hole?! Then I offer to bring her the blanket then she says she can't give me a blanket excuse they don't have any. So they knowingly gave me a blanket with BURN HOLES in it! I contact my booking app and they reached out and the TRASH LADY CLAIMED WE LEFT TRACES OF SMOKE?!!! She's a nasty liar we had a baby with us and do not smoke EVER. I would avoid this place at all costs!

Trash avoid at all cost

The staff was so rude, the room was nasty.  Nothing was done to prepare for our stay.  It smelled as though it hadn't been opened in months.  The heat wasn't turned on, the fridge wasn't plugged in and the door was busted so that light and cold air came in on three sides of the door.  The TV randomly came on throughout the night.  I had to argue with the staff to even get enough towels for my family each time.  

Nasty

This is a nice hotel, room service is amazing, the rooms are clean and remodeled we will definitely come back with family. The owner is very nice and understanding and very polite. I would rate this hotel 5 stars.

The woman was very rude. And even though we reserved on our card they made us pay 50 dollar deposit in cash. I've stayed at alot of hotels this is far the worse ever. Never again. Room wasn't even that nice.

Worse hotel experience in my life

rude. internet and tv didnt work. breakfast was cleaned up by 8:30. no towles clean when we asked for them. manager came into out room to check out tv and took it upon herself to walk into the restroom without knocking and walking in on my 15 year old daughter. she literally said we are out of towels and i need to wash. turned around and straight into the batroon. i called and complaied before checking out. at check out same lady said im reviewing your complaint. okay... she said i have apoligized and i would appreciate if you took that back... lets not mention the hotel was under construction. that is great they are trying to update but lets work on taking care of the paying customers you currently have.

Awfuk

My husband and I traveled from Nashville Tn. To Moulton to look at some RV's to buy on April 18, 2019. This Days Inn was down the street so we decided to stay there for the convenience. It was around 7:30pm when we arrived, barely dark, and had to go through the night registration. We wanted to see the room first but we had to leave our drivers license and credit card first because the lady behind the window said she was tired of people just wanting to use the bathroom and not staying. (We should have known then) The room looked ok at first appearance so we took room 138.
The door dragged the carpet so you could barely open and close the door. 
The toilet seat was real loose and I almost fell in the floor when I sat on it. While I was having my experience in the bathroom my husband sat in the chair to take his shoes off and almost fell out of the chair because one of the rollers on the bottom of the chair was missing. To be a senior and almost fall is not a good experience. I went to tell the lady about the toilet seat and the chair so she wouldn't think we did it, but she already knew about both. You would think they would have fixed them.  
There was no clock in the room so you never knew what time it was unless you look at your phone.
We got up and the coffee maker in the room didn't work, and had to convince the lady we knew how to use a coffee maker. at first she said she didn't have one, my husband said she could get one from another room that was empty. He was tired of arguing with the lady and as he walked off she said she had another new one and would bring us one. She did. 
We went to sleep and actually slept ok. When we was waking up with the lights on I spotted a bug crawling on the wall above the tv. UGH!!! I got a tissue to look at it and sure enough it was a WATER BUG!!! Oh My Goodness, you see one, there are alot more you don't see. (also you can carry them back home). 
Just a reminder of why we was looking for a RV. 
WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN !!!
