The Condo has potential to be nice. My husband paid for 8 nights but i only kept myself and the kids there for 3. Housekeeper doesn't clean our cupboards were full of dirty dishes. No soaps paper towels trash bag supplied at all. Cockroaches EVERYWHERE. Not okay for a family.

I would give this place 5 stars. Very nice and helpful people at the front desk. Very clean indoor and outdoor pools apartments sauna and hot tub/ Jacuzzi. I would recommend this place to everyone. It has a washer and dryer right in the apartment. The beach is in walking distance. The boardwalk is only a 15 minute drive. A very sat customer. We will be back again. Thank uou for making our vacation better

Vacation for a week

We have stayed here for years. Two bedroom condo units well furnished and stocked. Love that they have an indoor as well as an outdoor pool and also a jacuzzi. Very family friendly and close to the beach, easily walkable . Very family friendly and clean

Great complex of condos

Paid for 6 nights, stayed one. Woke up with cockroaches crawling on me, which from reading previous reviews it seems they have issues with bugs. Woke up in the morning to my wife staring at a cockroach on the floor. My biggest issue would be the owner just doesn't seem to care. They can't even spend $20 to replace the soiled bathroom rugs. Ultra cheap. 

Not for us....

My family and I vacationed in Heron Point MB unit F18 July 19th-26th. We had a wonderful time! I booked through Affordable vacation rentals. The staff was very knowledgeable & helpful. Dana was the absolute BEST!! She was very patient, pleasant, professional & eager to satisfy her customer. She made sure our accommodations were perfect! The manager Dan followed up with the great customer service as well. The condo was even better than I had expected!! There were flat screen TV's in every room, wall to wall carpet.Two full size baths (great water pressure while showering).The bathroom on the first floor has a large shower/tub and smaller shower(stand up only)on the second floor. Central air, and ceiling fans to keep you cool. A huge master bedroom on the first floor with lots of closet space(hangers incl.) :). There was a dvd player and small radio in the closet for our use. This condo definitely had a woman's touch & a home away from home feel to it! I loved the décor in the both Bedrooms (Beds were extremely comfortable!). The kitchen was clean & fully stocked with quality pots, pans, dishes, Tupperware, zip lock bags, paper towels, garbage bags etc. The appliances were a little dated but the stove worked perfectly and the refrigerator/freezer kept beverages ice cold and food fresh! There was even a complimentary bottle of Rum left on the stove. Not sure if this was left by the owners or previous guests but it was a nice gesture. The screened in porch area was delightful! Relaxation in the a.m. or p.m. out there WITHOUT mosquitos attacking you :) The owners provided beach chair and pool accessories for their guests in the storage room area on the porch. The washer and dryer in the condo was an A++. The location is great! walking distance to the beach, Nearby the outlets, and attractions. The indoor pool was conveniently a skip away from our room. Barbeque gas grill (no need to buy charcoal to light up) was a plus! The club house provides indoor dining if its raining while your cooking out.I couldn't have asked for more! Overall this was a great place to stay. Despite all of the negative comments made about Heron Point in 2014 by others, I have to say ... I am glad I came to see for myself because I was "IMPRESSED" and "PLEASED" with the service and accommodations. I would definitely revisit and recommend HERON POINT as a great place to stay!
