Clean and tidy with a very comfortable bed shower facilities were good.
Staff were pleasant and helpful. Great location and easy parking arrangements.
The bar and restaurant are easy to access and the service is friendly.

Great stay

From the minute we walked in the staff were so friendly, helpful, nothing was a problem as we were there super early. They kept our bags until check in and we came back to the same friendly faces. Our room was lovely, had everything we needed and more, most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in! Drinking water refills station was just outside our door too! They had Dyson hairdryers in the bathroom and loaned me a straightener the next morning to straighten my hair, also a Dyson. Breakfast was amazing both mornings and they were more than happy to help with my dietary requirements. I can’t rave about the whole experience more! The staff were the loveliest staff I’ve ever come across, nothing was a problem at all!

Everything was perfect!

The hotel is a year old, in prime location for Darling harbour. It’s clean, fresh, well appointed, although the rooms are small, it’s fine for. Few nights stay. The bed was very comfortable. Loved the sparkling water on tap in hallway on each floor.

Overnight Bliss

We were so impressed with this hotel. The rooms are on the small side but everything was laid out well, the rooms were spotless and the beds were the comfiest I have ever slept on at a hotel. Location is fantastic and all staff were super friendly and helpful.

Cosy, comfy, and convenient

Nothing is too much trouble for the Aiden team. I needed ice for an injury after long days at a conference and they were very helpful. A quick breakfast - made in less than 10 mins. Amazingly comfortable bed, lovely amenities and little extras like free sparkling water and a steamer in the rooms. Walking distance to Darling Harbour and the ICC is a huge plus. Congratulations to Katarina and her team on a wonderful hotel.

Excellent position and beautiful hotel

Simple and stylish rooms to suit all needs, easy walking distance to the harbour and attractions and only a short drive to the airport. Great amenities in the room #Ritual, and the bed was amazing, slept like a log! Love the water taps (Both sparkling and still) on each level very handy!

Great Cosy Hotel!

Could not ask for a more appropriate location.  Right at the end of Pyrmont Bridge opposite Harbourside.  Everything you need is within walking distance: supermarkets (Coles and Woolworths), light rail, Harbourside, CBD, Paddy's Market etc.  Room was perfect size for a solo traveler.  Amenities were great.  I loved the fact that each floor has a sparkling or still water tap to fill up your bottles.

Bed and pillows were so comfortable, it's the best sleep I've had in a very long time.

One small issue was the shower...it's only half enclosed and the positioning of the shower head means water splashes past the half screen.  Could not really utilise the rain showerhead for this reason.

The provided toiletries (Rituals) were DIVINE.

I would not hesitate in staying here again should I return to Sydney, whenever that will be!

Great location and value for money!

This is a great hotel super modern and very clean. The hotel is right on the doorstep of Darling Harbour and the Lyric Theater 5 min walk.The light rail is also close by get off at Pyrmont Bay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I have only given a 10 to one other hotel that was in London 

Best Hotel In Darling Harbour

For a over night stay in Sydney this place ticks the boxes. Our room with the balcony gave us a great view of Pyrmont and easy access either by light rail or walking to see the sights of Sydney.
The breakfast was ample enough to get you through the day, but the quietness of the rooms, the most comfortable bed going , I will be back.

Everything is ultimate, clean, fancy and high quality. This hotel is an example topclass boutique hotel.
If every hotel would be like this hotel, the world would be a paradise.
