The place served its purpose. Was clean and quiet. Shower bathroom was decent and clean. Had refridge and microwave. Quiet. Quoted $149 not bad for area but had 12% cleaning surcharge plus 12% service charge when checking in. Doesn’t seem they take reservations. About 2.5 miles to 5Th Ave. restaurants in walking distance p,us convent store. It is what it is. A little old and not much eye appeal, but has what you need if your a motel stayer.

Price change once arrived, but clean near downtown Naples

My husband and I last week.  we stayed in a motel for 3 days and on our return we noticed that the hotel debited our account of $ 50.  we called and the lady told us that after our departure she was checked the room: the towels and sheets were not there that is why the hotel debited our account of 50. and made us understand that  is the first time that this has happened with people like us and has hung up on us (we are two black people).  the next day we called to speak with the manager.  he told us that we are disrespecting his employee, towels and sheets were missing and we returned to the room before time.  when we asked him for proof of what he said.  he told us he didn't have time for that.  and hung up on us again.
Good to know: the place is durty, the towel deserve the trash. I didn't use even the shampoo. I bought it and I have my receipt.
2) we asked our reservation for 6 am. Without advice, they booked us for 2 pm. Staying in the street until 2 pm because we have to pay the same amount for canceling.
It's insulting to be accused of stealing used towels when you could afford many towels because you were there to honor a contract of employment.
He said it is never happening  but when I read all complaints for differents case, there is no integrity.

No integrity, lies

Yeah, the place is old, and a little rundown, but it is clean, better equipped than we expected, we were treated very well.  Our travel plans had changed, and we only needed to stay 1 night instead of two, and since we had already arrived after 9 PM, our credit card had already been charged for the two rooms for two nights, and the lady at the front desk cheerfully refunded us the charge for the second nights lodging.  We have payed a lot more for a lot less several times in many different places and countries!

This Place Is Better Than The Ratings & Reviews Suggest

We stayed at this hotel last night and we couldn't finish our night because of the many bed bug bites. The night was spent in the car in the parking lot. It's expensive at night. We wanted to report it to the owner who responded aggressively and hung us up our noses to run away!!!!

Room was spartan, clean.  I told them we wanted the room for 7 nights.  They only charged us for one night.  Then when we went to pay for the next 6 nights, they wanted to raise the price 30% for the last 4 nights.  When I challenged them on advertising one price and raising it charges over the advertised price, the lady threw my credit card at me and told us to leave; literally kicked us out of the motel.  I would never, ever again use this place.

Although the motel was fine for our purposes, we were quoted one price on the phone, and when I asked to pay- she told me they don't take reservations/payments. Upon arrival I gave my name and I received the room. It was small but adequate. We appreciated the small refrigerator. The shower window and vanity had mold and when we told the owner he said he would take care of it. The next day I looked at the receipt and noticed we were charged quite a bit more than what she quoted me. She said it was because a queen room wasn't available when we checked in and that is what she quoted. I tried to communicate that we called with a reservation, but she said because we didn't pay, they didn't hold that room. What did I miss here?? She wouldn't take my money/reservation but because she wouldn't she could charge me more when I arrived????  I also told her that the mold was still in the room, with him standing there, and he acted like he hadn't heard that before. I do believe as we were leaving she was addressing that issue with the maid.  Disappointed that she was not willing to fix the "bait and switch" situation. The room served our purpose of a place to just sleep at night.

The owner first tried to claim that the co-worker who dropped me off was neither my coworker nor my ride to the hotel.  He then went further to insinuate I was a prostitute.  He finished up his rant by claiming that my coworker who dropped me off hit his car on the way out of the parking lot, and because it was the person who dropped me off he expected me to pay his deductible for his insurance.  The owner didn't inform me when this accident SUPPOSEDLY happened, he didn't show me any security camera footage, and he didn't show me any photos of any damages to his car.  He did say he was going to charge my credit card an extra $500.00

This is FRAUD.  Avoid this place.

Worst experience ever

I was here on business and although it's Spartan to be nice, it IS clean and everything was in good working order(fridge, tv, microwave, etc.). The owner was very nice and always attentive to anything I needed during my week there.

Affordable considering the area...

An unsanitary room, feeling the humidity, an unsustainable noise, very unfriendly owners, no wifi, I didn't sleep at night because a camp of travelers behind my room and the door that didn't close properly... ran away.

Running away

The worst place we’ve ever stayed. 
The bed took up the whole floor. 
No heat, only 2 towels, no smoke alarm, only high top chairs and we are seniors, the bleach smell was overpowering, no coffee pot, only infomercials on the TV and $125 for the night. I don’t believe the room was even 12x12.
