Very quiet park.I'm sure that was because the snowbirds are all gone. I bet the residents are glad when they have their park back. The pool was very relaxing which was great, it was so hot out.  More children than I remember.  I understand they are between managers, but it was great to see Mike Safranek was still with the park. He is such talented individual, I believe he can fix anything.

Relaxing stay

The experience this stay was very disappointing vs. the last two times we were there. The "vibe" and the "feel" was more like a low end trailer park rather than a Sun Retreat. 
   It seems they are trying to convert to "affordable living" year round for multiple demographics so the transient sites for resort/retreat should just be discontinued because the overall experience was not favorable.  We paid $54 per night off season but these sites go for upwards of $120 in season.
   Though the pool, hot tub and restrooms were very nice, the outdoor common areas were not. Trash and paper in the grass, old cigarette butts and weeds in the pipes used as ashtrays, and a dumpster area filthy with old trash and smell are a few that come to mind.
   Maintenance appeared lacking. We noted a broken hanging light fixture at site, water line loose from the post with a broken clamp, towel/clothes hooks broken off in a mens shower, and 3 of the ten available washers not working with old tattered “out of order” signs taped on.  The laundry room needed a good deep clean and walls patched & painted.
   Our 1st cable box had a filthy sticky remote, the 2nd wrong cables and the 3rd couldn't be activated for 2 days.
   The strict dog policy was in effect but 2 cats roamed the property continuously, once through our site, and once doing "business" in the grass near the street.
   Residents commercial work vehicles were alway parked in the visitor parking area & that's what we looked at evenings sitting outside.
   We were yelled at (not spoken to) for going the wrong way on a street.
   We had to carry our own picnic table from an adjacent site that had two.
   A part time maintenance person decided it was his place to advise us about how we were parked on the site.
   And, at 6:37 PM the night we were prepping to leave, we were notified the water would be shut off at 7:00 PM for 3 hours.

I suppose that taken as one-offs, any one of these, or other items not listed, are not major issues, but the cumulative effect of all of them spoke to a lack of regard for exceptional customer service.

Not What it Used To Be

I had to notify maintenance because the freezer stopped working. Mike had me try something to see if that works. It unfortunately did not. While he was measuring for a new fridge, I had to tell him the washer stopped working that morning as well. Mike had me a new refrigerator and washer before the weekend was over. Roy helped install them and made sure everything’s worked before he left. He also made sure to come back around later that day to see how things were going. These two went above and beyond expectations we had.

Lots of close restaurants and sites. 
When u book ask for mgr to get best quality and room we stayed several times now. Kids loved it 

Great stay 

Club Naples is a very clean resort with a friendly efficent staff.  The location was very convienent to downtown Naples and shopping. The people at the resort were nice and it had an upscale feel around out travel trailer.

I just want to give a huge thanks to all the workers at club naples rv resort! Post hurricane Ian, the crew went right to work very next morning and had the resort cleaned up and they put out a generator so the pool and clubhouse were working to keep us cool until FPL could get power back on! In these hard times it was wonderful to have such great hardworking crew taking care of us. They hosted several BBQ  and we were especially thankful since we lost all our food! Mike, Roy, Jen, Louise,  and Ann were incredible in their roles to get us back in comfort!! Thank you so much!!!

Hurricane Ian aftermath

This place is absolutely WONDERFUL!! The people are super friendly, the property is immaculate!  I have never stayed at a place and loved it so much that I wanted to move there, until now.  The people in the office are so helpful and kind!  The work that is put into making this gem is remarkable. There are community activities every week, a clubhouse with TVs, a pool table, games, puzzles, and books!  My teenage daughter loves to hang out and read or play pool. It is so clean and well kept here. The crew works hard to keep this place pristine and it shows! “T” cleans the cottages and does a wonderful job! Mike maintains the grounds and keeps everything in top notch working order. Anne is the property manager, and she is an awesome person to meet! She has assisted me in my constantly changing reservation, making sure everything is in order! These people are what makes this community spectacular!! I cannot express how great of a job they are doing. I haven’t met one person who has a negative thing to say about Club Naples RV Resort, and I can understand why. The best that Naples has to offer!!

A hidden gem!!

back in june my fifth wheel caught fire with me and my dog inside. it burned to the ground along with my car and storage shed.we got out with not even a minute to spare. everyone in the community was a blessing to us as they gathered clothes,money, and anything we needed to cope. Mike and Anna went way beyond in helping me with an immediate place to stay and with anything at all we needed.I will never forget kindess and humanity i recieved from then.

its been great

This is definitely NOT a resort. It's a retirement community. I think it was recently bought out by SunRV. There were more full-time sites than there were "visitor" sites. The full-time residents were bitter and rude; as if they were mad "outsiders" were there. There's a lady (who's husband works at the park), who hangs out in the pool, talks poorly about the other residents and barks orders at people. She's heinous.  She brags about being here for 22 years. The office staff is rude and/or frustrated. The spaces are TIGHT. There are about 8 spaces up front for short stays that are pull through. The gym is out of date and some of the equipment is broken. The only saving grace is it's close to beautiful downtown Naples and Hwy 75 and moderately priced.

2 month stay

The staff was nice. 
My review is about the cottage in the back Row D. 
The cottage is in dire need of a good deep clean, baseboards, painting, and update inside.  Its old. And not what I expected.  The Headboard on the bed has stains all over it we covered it with a sheet. 
The wall next to the toilet was very dirty and needs cleaning or repainting. The couch is old and has many scratches and cracks in it. The recliner was dirty you could see where people sat. Most disgusting was a tooth brush holder that was dirty on the inside with someone elses spit. Should never have a tooth brush holder because of COVID. The towels were disgusting. White and filthy. Stained. The floor boards looks like vinyl but it’s peeling like wall paper. Someone should think ahead and glue that piece down before it rips even more.   I have stayed in a few cottages at other RV resorts and they were very nice newer and updated.
