I had read some reviews about the motel, but I thought it was exaggerated. For the love of God, how do they let an attendant like that talk to people? Terrible attendance. My wife almost cried because of the boy's rudeness. I couldn't get his name.
Unfortunately, they will go elsewhere if they can. Pay a little extra, but don't come here to be mistreated.

Unhappy stay

We came group of 4, booked in advance.
The guy in the reception was terrible and would not talk to us, he literally kicked us out because he saw in his computer that our reservation was for 2 people and we were 4. He didn’t agree to look at our confirmation email and just  yelled at us to go out, leaving us with nowhere to sleep.
We are so disappointed and please do me a favor and do not come here!

The most terrible motel I’ve ever been

Besides the nice lady at the front desk, nothing about this hotel was good. We were traveling for 2 days so was just for 1 night. I chose it so my son could swim (since the advertised a pool) but it still had the cover on it. Said they didn't plan on opening it this season. (Would have been nice to update your website)  We stayed in a double bed room which accommodates 4 but only 2 towels provided. I understand these are basic hotels, but we weren't even alarm clocks in the rooms. It appeared the room was clean but so ld and stained, couldn't be sure.  paid $120 for one night and couldn't get out of there fast enough. Never again.

NOT recommended

Being from England this was a big shock to the system, this motel was like hell on earth, it was like something out of a horror film, I felt very unsafe in my room with the flimsy door and the room was freezing, I put the heater on but it was so noisy I had to switch it off, fortunately I was only here for one night before going to Graceland Memphis.
 I foolishly decided to take a walk, I went round the corner to the waffle house as i walked past the garage I had some guy shouting at me, he as was with a group of about ten, I felt so scared  knocked on the door of a laundrette and he locked me in and called the police, they had to take me back to the motel and said that the group of men were drug dealers and pimps and this is a very dangerous area, please avoid this motel and area like the plague.

Simply hell

Check in was very very slow and it only got much worse after. Car was parked in middle of road, guy tried to harass us as we drove by, many ppl smoking weed.  Loud radio from cars with ppl camped out side rooms at 2am drinking being very loud.  Will feel very blessed if truck is not in blocks and we are not murdered in our sleep.

Don't walk, run... Fast and far.

Our room was very basic. Cleaners were knocking on the door early (sometimes up to three of them) but I honestly don't know what they cleaned. There were hairs in the bath, on the wall and on the back of the door. Towels were hard and no basics. I did ask at the desk for a hairdryer. I dropped an earring which meant I had to pull out the bed to retrieve and oh my goodness what I found under there is not worth mentioning. I can tell you what ever it was had started growing!!! On the positive side the beds were comfortable and it was a quick Uber ride to downtown Nashville. The bar which is attached to the Hotel (this is a separate entity) had nice food but never had any music they promised. (Apparently the artist was a no show).

Budget - means really budget

The room I stayed in had dust in the bathroom, the toilet wasn't all the way cleaned or sturdy, the towels were very rough. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were very flat and over used. 

The Hotel was loud at night. I realize this is a budget stay but, I do want to warn you that there are no amenities except for really watered down coffee. When I say this I mean, no hairdryer, iron, microwave, access to drinking water, or shampoo conditioner. They do provide two bars of soap. 

All staff I came into contact with were very pleasant and helpful. I would never stay here again due to the lack of cleanliness and lack of basic amenities that I could have easily gotten at AirB&B or another hotel at the same price.

Don't Stay Here

This was one of the worse hotels I've ever booked. The staff was rude and the room was so filthy that I left and just took a loss. I will never book this place again. Made sure I complained to the team member. Managed was there but had nothing to say. 

Horrible. Don't Waste Your Money

Where to start...the reception guy struggled to pull himself away from his phone to check me in, i drove round to my room and notice 4 pickup trucks and a crowd of unsavoury looking characters doing what looked like an engine swap in the corner of the back lot. 
I got out of the car and smelt a strong odour marijuana, coming from the pool area, when i went up to the second floor i could see people smoking and drinking round the pool, at that point i decide i wouldn't be using the pool as i didn't like the look of the group, very rowdy.
I opened the room door and noticed there was a table pushed up against a connecting room door which i instantly didnt like the look of, when i moved the table to check my side was locked, it wasn't so i locked it and replaced the table.
Every piece of furniture in the room was damaged in one way or another. The whole floor was wood, and sticky causing me to keep my shoes on while in the room.
The bathroom was grimy and badly damaged, the full length mirror was smashed at the bottom, if you had a young child this could have been a hazard.
If you have the AC on dont bother with the TV as you won't be able to hear it over the noise of the AC, thats if you dare touch the grimy buttons to activate the unit in the first place.
The walls are stained, the light switch for bathroom was filthy.
The sheets where clean to be fair.
The room has no light in the ceiling, there are 3 lamps in the room, 2 worked one just flashed on and off constantly, typically it was the one by the bed.
The noise on this site is high, rap music started about 8pm, when i eventually went to sleep i woke up at 5am and it was still going. 
Trucks playing loud music where arriving in the lot constantly, staying for 3 or 4 minutes then leaving through out the night. 
The room next to me had visitors coming all night, constantly banging on door.
I went back to sleep only to be woken up at about 7.30am by the emergency. services arriving with a fire engine and ambulance to something that had happened in one of the lower rooms.
I felt unsafe in this hotel, genuinely.
Its dirty, scruffy and overpriced for what you get, i would never stay here again and advise you to go elsewhere.


Go elsewhere 

We stayed at this motel on our way to Texas (8/3) and on our way home from Texas (8/9).  The first night we stayed we were not too impressed with our room.  There was no smoke alarm on the wall but the wires were sticking out where the alarm should have been.  The bottom dresser drawer was also broken.  We didn’t really care about that because we were just staying 1 night so nothing was coming out of our suitcase.  It felt a little dirty but it could be because it is an older place.  The staff was very friendly though and very helpful.  I really appreciated them.  The second time we stayed we got in around 11:00pm.  Again, the staff was very friendly.  On the way to our room we encountered a woman passed out on the walkway that led to our door.  I realize this is not the motel’s fault but it was a little shady.  Our room kinda smelled, I just can’t figure out what it smelled like.  Again, the room seemed dirty so I wore my husbands socks the whole time. Overall,  this hotel was fine for just passing through I just wouldn’t spend more than one night at a time here.
