I don't believe this place has EVER been cleaned. Pet hair and dirt covered the floor and bed. Better off at a motel 8. The elevator and hallways are all just as filthy. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Also, not in a great location either. 

Nastiest Place in Nashville 

All of the staff were very professional and very welcoming. The rooms were clean, the inside and outside was safe. Thank you all for this pleasant stay. I am definitely going to recommend you and will be back.

Best hotel in the area with the best rates

This place did the best they could with a minimum of staff. They just opened in April and it seems they don't have enough business yet to justify a full staff. We got in late and had to wake somebody up to come down and check us in. She was very nice, it was just awkward to feel like we were bothering somebody.

The room was good. They have high toilets and handrails in the bathroom. The beds were not bad, but could have been a little softer and they need one more pillow each. Other than that, it was quiet, the price was right and it served it's purpose. There is a Waffle House across the parking lot, so that was handy. I think as soon as this place gets up to full speed it will be just fine.

Good Place To Stay Close to BNA

I gave one star only because you cannot give zero.  They charged us a $50 pet fee despite my showing them their listing on Expedia that clearly states the pet fee is $20.  I would have cancelled and left right there but we’d paid up front and it was non-refundable.  Once again the website says fully refundable but the email confirmation says non refundable. Then we were informed the free wifi was for one device only.  You have to purchase wifi for additional devices. Again, the listing clearly states free wifi in the room and limited to one device in the public areas.  These rooms are definitely not suites.  It’s a bare bones standard sized motel room that comes equipped with a fridge, microwave, sink and a few cabinets which are completely empty.  There is NOTHING in them. Not a disposable plastic glass, a cup, a spoon, a plate.  Nothing.  There is no mini coffee pot, no ice bucket. There are no extra towels and there’s a charge if you want more towels. And this is for your entire stay. You also don’t get any room cleaning for the duration of your stay.  Also noteworthy is that the front desk is only open  9am to 8pm.  This operation has been stripped down to bare essentials but the lack of services and amenities is not reflected in the price.  I cannot recommend this property.

This is the Choice hotels entry into the booming extended stay segment of the accommodations industry.

It is also run like a discount airline - they provide a roof over your head but everything else you have to pay extra.

Cases in point: They provide a kitchenette with refrigerator, but without pots and pans  or utensils. They have plentiful open kitchen cabinets, but no plates or bowls, cups or saucers or flatware. They have a spacious counter space but no coffeemaker.  (Coffee is available in the lobby from a hospital style coffee machine) They have no ice machine in the entire hotel. No darkening room shades; no bedding to speak of, just a light blanket. Our room was ADA complliant - yes it had a roll or walkin shower and safety rails but no shampoo, just one bar of soap. One towel and washcloth each. 

All of the amenities one usually finds in an extended stay facility are available at extra cost. The free wi-fi, for example, allows for one device at a time unless you pay an additional fee.

The buiilding was relatively new, built in the latest matchbox twig construction to allow fast completion but lacks any sound insulation to speak of. They select locations adjacent to interstate highways for convenience but also results in a generally unsatisfactory noise level.

Staff was pleasant enough but unable to help. Just pray that they don't discover the concept of shared bathrooms like the old boarding houses of the 19th century.

So, if you carry your own kitchen appliances, cooking pots and utensils, a white noise generator to mask out traffic and internal noiise, extra towels and blankets, soap and shampoo whenever you travel, look elsewhere. 

There's nothing to complain about because it is all part of the business model. This is what they intend so they're jut delivering what they deliver. It's just not much.

Minimalist business model

We’re so glad we ended up staying here. It only cost us around $400 for 7 nights. It was about 15 minutes from everything we wanted to do and only a $8 Lyft ride. It was clean and had a kitchen which was so great because it allowed us to buy some breakfast items and save money on that as well. The bed was super comfy and the shower head was nice and powerful. 

Perfect for the Price

The staff here is extremely friendly, clean room close to the exit, I  would recommend staying again. I only stayed two days, it had a small kitchen but comfortable see you next year for Our annual trip

Quick stay

Decided not to stay 2 nights because of the roaches in the room, hallways and elevators.
The kitchen is great, I bring my own kitchenware anyway so the empty kitchen was no big deal to me. Bedding was comfortable. Small rooms. The manager was extremely nice and the man behind the desk during the overnight was just as nice. The front door locks so you need your room key to get into the building after hours. Under 20 minute drive to Broadway.  Since your close to the airport, you can hear the planes but that was no bother to us.

Roaches

I stay primarily at hotels with good Amana newer AC units.This hotel has them.This is a newer hotel.I love the beautiful lobby furniture and free coffee
.Love the stonework on outside of build.Love the Bermuda style blinds in rooms.Love the brown bedspread always better than white.Love the wide plank flooring in hallways and rooms.So much cleaner than carpet.Quiet if constant fan set on Amana unit.You will not hear anything.Area has traffic but that is called being where everyone wants to be.
