Breakfast was advertised on the booking site, we were told after checking in that there would be no breakfast.  The signed stating breakfast was served from 6:00to 9:00.  Was expensive for what we got considering breakfast was not available.  And..no coffee makers in our room.
Disappointed to say the least.

I was surprised when I saw the difference  between my last stayed at this hotel. Renovated rooms with new furniture,lights and fixtures. Check in and check out its easy.  Welcoming staff. Will stay here again. 

Excellent !!

Very clean room and a great price.  Pleasant experience.  Fast and friendly check in.  Daily house keeping was unexpected.  So nice to return back to your room and it is freshly made up.  Very rare to have this lately.
Easy access to the hotel.  will use again on my next visit to the area.  

Great Value

I have stayed here before and was never disappointed. The rooms are always clean and the services are always very good. I especially appreciate the refrigerator and microwave. It is very convenient. All in all, a good experience.

Very Favorable Stay

Basic, outdated room with no attention paid to basic upkeep and upgrades. I don’t understand how they have over a 7 score. No coffee maker. Don’t expect much and you won’t be disappointed! Sheets are old. Room smells stale. 

Below Average accommodations!

WOW! What a wonderful property! The room was very clean, and the property was quiet. There are restaurants within walking distance, and the property is centrally located. The service staff was busy beautifying the grounds all three days we were there by planting new flowers and dutifully sweeping the lot. Do yourself a favor and stay here when you are in the area!

A fantastic Stay

We had a Queen, smoking room, pets allowed. I was pleasantly surprised the room did not smell and was in decent shape. Service dog was allowed no extra pet charge. Adequate area for her to exercise !!

Great Stay

Good rear parking for boats, near Candlewood Lake.  Diner within walking distance is outstanding. Area is good although the traffic is brutal.  I would recommend this for a tournament angler or for short fishing trips.

Very Convenient for Tournament Anglers

Check in was easy and pleasant.  I was allowed to check in early, so that was a nice thing.  The room was spacious and very clean.  The bed was very comfy.  the room could use a coffee maker, and the continental breakfast could be much better.  Over all it was a good experience.

Clean and comfy

This hotel served our needs as a one night stop with a new puppy on our way home to new Hampshire. The location was great, just off of I-84 with several food options near by. The room was clean and spacious and the front desk service was excellent. Breakfast left much to be desired - coffe, juice and prepackaged danish. Great cancellation policy, no extra charge on the rate and cancel up to check in day. Overall very good value and we would stay here again.
