room is clean , good price, everyday house keeping, friendly staff. we stayed twice already no complain our room was upstairs very quite we love it. will be back next year for our grand son graduation ceremony.

nice clean hotel

The staff is kind. The bed and bedding are great. The room is clean. My room had a sofa, desk, and bed. The family that runs the hotel works hard and does a good job. The price is reasonable. It's not the Waldorf Astoria, but it's in Central City, not Midtown Manhattan.

Good value, clean room, great bed

Stopped here while on the road.  A nice clean room, pretty spacious.

The fan in the heater was a little loud when it kicked on, but not terrible.  Got a decent night's sleep, which was nice as I was running an annoying cold.

Breakfast in the morning is cereal, standard hotel waffle iron stuff, toast, and sausage and gravy.  Not really worth sticking around for if you're up early.

Nice clean room

Book this Rode-way inn thinking it was in Grand Island, Ne but its about 20 mile off the I-80 in Central City ,NE We had a very nice stay once we got here , Great little motel , clean rooms ,good breakfast and very good coffee, lots of parking, very good staff and great service

Great Motel  20 Miles off the I-80

I enjoyed my short stay (one night) this small town motel which, because of extensive construction of its roads (many of which were closed to traffic), was a bit difficult to find. 

I met the front desk guy, a young man from the Republic of Georgia (his name is Georgie). He was friendly, helpful, and checked me into my room quickly. 

My second-floor room was very clean and orderly. It had a microwave oven, medium-size fridge, and flat screen TV. My bed was comfortable, the WiFi worked well, and the breakfast was the typical Super 8 one with make-your-own waffles, dry cereal, orange and apple juice, coffee and tea.

Good motel, friend staff, clean rooms, quiet place to rest

I was pleasantly surprised by the range of breakfast options. Nice, clean room. The room was stuffy when first walking into the room, but the AC quickly cooled down the room. Nice view. Wide variety of food in the vending machines. 

Nice hotel for a small city

My main criteria for a hotel is cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, i.e., meaning a good to great bed/mattress. This wasn't the case for me. The bed was too hard for my liking and caused me to not get a good night's sleep. My back, elbows and body in general ached the next day. I got up during the night and took a couple of ibuprofen hoping the discomfort would reside. I was there for three nights and it was the case every night. It was a nice property and a clean hotel and the staff was very friendly, but if you don't get a good night's sleep what's the purpose? Every review I give from now on will be mainly based on "how good were the mattresses." If someone is sleeping on them almost 365 days they'd better be replaced often and not have come over on the Mayflower and still being used.

"I recommend the property but question the beds"

When we checked in, they had no record of our second room reservation.  This was a Sat and it had been verified on Thurs on a call from the hotel to us.  We were also charged $10 for an early check in.  (Before 3pm, it was 2:45). By the time our room key card was correctly coded it was 2:59, so that was a joke.  Our missing room reservation was blamed on a new employee.

Bad experience

We stayed here while visiting family.   It is an older hotel and shows its age.  We had two rooms and had to change both of them.   In one room the door did not lock properly and in the other it was a non-smoking room that smelled terribly of smoke.   The staff was helpful and got us into new rooms right away.  The cleanliness of the rooms was not the greatest.  Way more hassles then one should have when staying in a hotel.  Not sure if we would stay there again.
