1.  Had a smoke snell upon entering front door. 
2. Carpet felt sticky in room. 
3. Breakfast was waffle or cereal.  No protein at all.
Only OJ or coffee to drink.
4. Water had an oder. 
5 toilet seemed to be for a toddler , so be ready to sit on the floor. 
6. Bedding was very warn and appeared to have been from the 70’s
7. Definitely NOT black out curtains.
8. Pool was closed. Had not ever been open for season. Not sure where the “hot tub” was suppose to be never saw it. Pool is located right by busy highway if it had been open. 

The whole experience was less than pleasant.

Not up to Standards

Stayed over night on my way to another location. Older hotel, but had nice bedding, a clean room, a newer television, and great location. Staff was very kind and considerate. Hotel is next to many fast food restaurants. The hotel cost was very inexpensive at $68/night.

Great place for a good sleep

My sister and I stayed here when we came back to Neosho when our father was dying. Aug 31-9-2/2019. It was comfortable, clean (no bugs that some speak of), comfortable beds and pillows and again, very clean and well appointed for its price. Would stay again as we have more family in the area.

A Nice place to stay

We stayed in Room 108 on Christmas Eve 2019. We counted about 12 roaches & a spider. I hate roaches. Due to our circumstances we could not go elsewhere. We stayed & I'm good with having to pay for the room because we used it. But management could have cared less about the situation. That's what upset me the most.When I woke up the next day, I had 4 bites down my pinkey finger in a row. We will not be staying there again & will take a different route next time. I will share my experience with my friends & family.

Roaches

Stayed here one night while in Neosho. Haven't been in a hotel that allows smoking in years.  My room was non smoking but we had plenty coming from the other rooms.
If you are a smoker and have pets you'll love it.  If not you'll hate it.

Not for non-smokers

While looking online for a hotel in Neosho, Missouri this awesome hotel popped up !!!  The decor was super cool and all western. It has a nice pool for those hot days. Right across the street from a Denny's and a Wal Mart.  The staff and front desk were very friendly. I would stay here again and ... oh ! The Price was outstanding. Made online reservations and no issues were to be found ... Love this place.  PS ... pets are cool too just let them know.

Neosho, MO overnight trip ...

It is so wonderful to be able to rest and not have to worry about your kids getting dirty looks for being kids.  We enjoyed the pool they have for an hour or two without so much as one dirty look.  My kids ran to get breakfast in the morning and no one scolded them.  In fact, the desk person helped my youngest before I could even catch up to him.  They have a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

The decor is that of a hunting lodge, with whimsical bears, fish, and woodland motifs everywhere.  We rented a room with two queen sized beds on the bottom floor because my daughter is disabled.  The hallway smelled like smoke which I didn't like, but it wasn't overwhelming.  Once inside the room, it was much better.  

The bathroom was adequately stocked and had enough hot water to soothe my aching back.  The beds were comfortable yet firm.  There were two pillows per queen bed which is adequate.  There was a small vanity/sink set up.  I don't remember if we had tv, but I am quite sure we wouldn't have used it anyway since they had a lovely pool just outside the main entrance.  

The breakfast was the sort you would expect.  Biscuits, gravy, yogurt, cereal, milk, and waffles.  Nothing really for someone like me on a low carb diet except black coffee.  It's fine, the coffee was wonderful and more than enough to get me started.  I do wish they at least had scrambled eggs or a sausage link, but considering the price, the breakfasts are very good and the lack of low carb options are not a deal breaker for us.  They do try to give you a variety for sure.

The entire hotel in the main building is carpeted.  The hallways are spacious enough for my disabled daughter to get around.  They were more than happy to accommodate her needs for a ground floor room.  I would say they are handicap friendly, not just accommodating.  If you have a disabled child you know the distinction.  

Overall I would recommend this for families with disabled children on a budget.  It's a special place with wonderful staff and many wonderful amenities for the price.

Always welcoming to my family

We have been using this hotel since we got married 16 years ago. The handicap room was perfect. They have a very large wheel chair accessible bathroom and walk in shower. They offer swim at the YMCA in the fall and winter.  They have biscuits and gravy for breakfast. It was very quiet Saturday and Friday they were busy a little noisy but nothing we couldn't handle. They allow pets and than goodness we had a smoke free and pet free bedroom. 

Rustic comfort

We stayed in a King, Non-smoking room. It was large and clean and the bed was very comfortable. Overall it is a nice place to stay. The lady at the front desk was polite and accommodating. We decided at the last minute to extend our stay and she made it happen.
In the room: refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, safe, small desk, round table, two side chairs and a recliner. There was also a good size dresser and a TV with what seemed like an unlimited number of channels. Free Wi-Fi - but not very dependable, it dropped often. 

Breakfast is included, waffle maker, biscuits, gravy, toast, cereals, yogurt, coffee and juice. 

The only issues we noticed were the lamp in the corner would not stand, it had to be leaned against the wall and the tub and sinks did not drain as quickly as they should. The probably need to be cleaned.

Overall we were very pleased and comfortable and for only $70 we did not think we could have done much better.
