The bathroom was filthiest we've ever seen. There was a smear on the wall across from the vanity appeared to human waste.  There was a build up of toothpaste, soap scum, and whiskers caked in the sink fixtures. We didn't feel comfortable taking a shower because the bathroom was so dirty. The health department should shut this place down.

Filthy motel

Be forewarned, don't book sight-unseen. Distressed environment;  uncomfortable bed, dirty cigarette butt covered outside on walkway, borders and parking lot. Very Third-World feel. No toilet sanitization indicated. I certainly do not recommend this place, especially not for anyone traveling alone or with children. In fact, the tiny town of Wells Nevada is like the twilight zone.

Do NOT reserve-ahead online

Too bad your system does not allow a ZERO rating.  This is the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in and casts severe doubt on whether Wyndham Super8 ever checks out the hotels that bear their name.  Experienced trash behind the TV and furniture, food left in the minifridge, filthy washcloth hanging from the shower nozzle and huge greasy black handprint on the shower wall.  Exterior is decrepit, parking lot and walkways crumbling.  Worst of all was the manager, a surly man who threatened to throw me out of the office when I complained that the waffle machine was not plugged in (manager said it was not worth using when only three rooms were rented).  This review is not an overstatement. This dump is truly unsatisfactory for human habitation and needs a complete overhaul and definitely new management (manager suggested that if I wanted something better I should go down the street to the Hampton Inn).  Bet Wyndham really likes that kind of marketing.  Enough said...don't stay at the Wells Super 8 even if the room is free.

Worst hotel in the US

No water to the shower.  Not just low pressure, the faucet is broken.  
No power to the AC/heat unit.  
Front door really hard to get to latch.  
Probably a really nice place 20 years ago.   Was very clean and safe.

Smelled like CAT PEE! Floor in front of sink was soft...maybe termites? Dirty wash cloth hanging beside shower curtain.   No hairdryer...walked in the rain..cold to office and asked for one. Man at the counter walked over to the off the picked up one..says 'hairdryer'  walks over and hands to me. Guess what..it didn't work.  No surprise to me. I believe he knew it didn't work when he handed it to me. The sheet didn't fit the bed, appeared to be a queen size.We had king. Don't bother trying to watch TV. It was a very cold, rainy, windy night...no TV. Limited channels and blurry. Police sirens and police stopped at the front door. Second time within a few minutes sirens were heard! Don't know why they were there. Edge of tiles into bathroom not completed..gap and un level..caught my toe on them..nearly fell.. 
    When I went to the office return the key..AND broken hair dryer...he was very surly and rude. Pay a few more bucks and stay somewhere else in Wells...Not a great experience 
Forget breakfast...wouldn't touch it. Looked in the coffee maker in the room, thought maybe I would make a cup of coffee..well...a used coffee pod from last guest, plus it looked dirty.  Sorry no photo, was in a rush to escape!🤢

Terrible Night in Wells, Nevada

Everything about this hotel was great and beautiful big room breakfast was good price was reasonable. Friendly staff and a perfect location check inn fast housekeeper was very friendly and helpful clean and tidy good value for money it’s very safe lobby was neat and clean bed was comfortable and restaurant was walking distance.

I was charged 80.00 dollars for a room that had the worst bathroom i have ever seen in a motel. I really wished that I  had stayed somewhere else. Huge failure on my part to not ask to see the room first. The wise move would have been to immediately leave. My bad.

Poor choice

Discussing! Hair and blood on the sheets. Hair in the bathtub. Floor feels like you will fall thru at an time. No trash can. Sink was falling off the wall. Dirt in The corners, on the bed frame. Could not wait to leave and go take a shower and wash all my cloths in hopes to get the smell and dirty off. 
No breakfast. All that was out was one oatmeal packet. Not even cups for the coffee, if there was Even coffee in the pots.  The set up was there for bread, cool items, cereal ect but nothing. 
Not worth the money, do not recommend. This place needs shut down or a major over hall. Tried to talk to the man at the front desk (manager/owner) twice and just got ignored the first time and dismissed the 2nd time. Contacted corporate to report the room/property conditions and bad customer service. I didn't ask for a refund but should have. 

Avoid at all cost!!!

This in need of  major upgrading-
The bathroom shower scary so never used-there is uneven flooring ti bathroom so be careful-
The free breakie really not worth it-there was nothing-no toast ,yogurt nothing-the apples were old,bruised scary looking-coffee was cold-small space to enjoy 

Not worth the price to stay!

Flies filled the room. Spend two hours killing files when arrived. Coffee pot was dirty! Toilet seat was broken. Whole place looked like the maintenance was done by a preschooler. Not exaggerating even a little bit. The power went out! The ac was not strong enough. This place is in the middle of the desert and the ac isn’t  working  well. The pool was empty and dry. The grounds looked post apocalyptic. Run away! Also when checking in the clerk was rude when asked any questions. I paid online on the companies website and when asked why I was quoted 51$ and charged 83$. The office denied this could have happened. The whole experience was horrible. Do not waste your money. Also bed was worn out and the cold water was hot. 3 tiny pillows for a king bed. This place needs a health and safety entire site inspection by the state health department!
