We had a family event on Saturday 11/23/2019 and the staff was amazing.  Kendra (the cook) went over and beyond.  She was there from beginning to end including decorating.  The staff in the banquet hall was amazing and served the buffet fast and efficiently.  They cleaned up in a timely manor and the party went on.  They helped clean all decorations and I would definitely recommend booking an event with them.

Had an event in Saturday and it was amazing

We checked in a few hours before 3pm check in time and they had a room available. I should have known how it would be by the gross outside walk way and decor. We walked in then walked out. It smelled horrible. Luckily we weren't in a hurry and requested a newer, nicer room. They put us in the West Wing which was nicer. My guess is that's the newly renovated section. We were on the 2nd floor which was quieter as the floors are thin. The rooms were OK...could use a really good detail cleaning especially the floors/walls. Beds were comfortable but the bed spreads need a wash. The bathrooms  were decent but the shower head barely spit out water. The air conditioner worked but was loud and was on/off all night. We were suppose to get hot breakfast consisting of eggs, pancakes, waffles, bacon, sausage, potatoes. There were no waffles, pancakes, bacon or sausage. The eggs were nasty cold, processed, and the potatoes were hard and cold. I was told they stop cooking 45min before it closes. There is free Wifi, indoor pool and lots of parking. There is bar/restaurant in the lobby which also has pool tables. 
If you HAVE TO stay here make sure to get an updated room and don't expect much. The staff was the only truly positive thing I can give a thumbs up to.

not great

This is one of the worst places I have ever stayed, no phone in room no alarm clock no toilet paper holder, dirty blinds on windows not light blocking drapes. Every time we left the room we would have to get our key re programmed PLUS i had to pay 100.00 deposit incase we stole anything I was told.. theres nothing I was able to steal if I wanted too the TV is bolted down....beds very lumpy and very  high mileage..but I had a nice lamp

Run!!! Find somewhere else!!!!!!

A very expensive hotel for the facilities it has, the bathroom is small, a person who is fat can't bathe, and little cleaning.

Made a reservation but had to cancel at last minute. Motel/Hotel looked great wish we could have stayed. Had extreme family illness and things didn't work out but by all appearances and helpfulness of staff this place was a number 1 in my book

Had to Cancel but looked good!

Checked in around mid-afternoon to drop off clothes, etc.  Returned around 9PM to crash early as we had a 3:30AM wake up call.  Checked WiFi to find out we needed a 
 password.  Not an issue until I picked up the phone; NO DIAL-TONE.  Walked to reception to get PW and informed the phone lines were cut; Web site advertised phone service and TV service.  Then the TV.  Remote did not work; back to reception for batteries.  TV still did not work.  Back to reception.  Asked for room adjustment.  Well, the price of the room reflected the fact that there was no in-room Phone service; WHAT?  It's now around 10PM.  Reception is not offering a room adjustment but will refund the room so we can pack our belongings and find another property, at 10PM at night.  The story goes on ...  
I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY!

No Phone or TV service

This place does not ebb deserve one star. Dirty, loud and smelly.  Band was playing until midnight and bar was open unril two.  Motorcycles were so loud @ inside buildings!!! It was disgusting- stay away if you want to sleep, have children or would like a clean place to stay!!!

Stay away

Even if it's the cheapest one found for the event we wanted to attend, we really have to run away from this hotel and keep looking elsewhere. We don't have to do like us and rely on photos. Booking.com overbooked the hotel and we found ourselves in a usually closed wing but they opened it up that night for a few guests, including us. I'll end my comment here.
