Worst service ever angry Man kicked me out and charge me $15 to use the restroom. He call the cops on me because I told him I didn’t want to stay there.  DONT STAY HERE. STAY AT HILTON LITTLE MORE MONEY BUT IS WORTH EVERY PENNY

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

I contacted the hotel directly and spoke with a woman named Julie, who has an accent. I was making a reservation and had a few questions. I provided my name and credit card number to her. This woman was already frustrated and angry that I was asking questions. My last question to her, she raised her voice, stating that I asked many questions and that she was done with me. She slammed the phone and disconnected the call. Incredible that this is the type of front desk individuals who are there to greet and assist the customer. After all, I am paying for the room, it was not free. The telephone call was recorded. I would never advise anyone to stay at a place who treats guest such as she did.

The tv was nice and had cable; the a/c worked well in the 100 degree weather; the sheets were clean, but stained; there was enough hot water.

HOWEVER! The furniture was upholstered and stained.  There was a huge dark stain dripping down the white brick wall. Plastic lampshade was melted and cracked and still was wrapped in cellophane.   A hair dryer was listed in amenities, but there wasn't one in the room. The bathroom ceiling was moldy.

I wouldn't go back.

There’s a reason the nightly rate is $60. This “hotel” is a nasty pit! Stay at your own risk. The place is also dirty & we had no clue the property was like this when we checked in late at night since we had a random power outage @ our home. The place is unsafe and unclean - especially not a place you will want to bring your family🤮

BEWARE…THIS HOTEL ALSO SERVES AS A HOMELESS SHELTER!!

Absolutely the best place to stay in Eureka Springs. The owners are so kind and helpful.  The rooms are 5 star clean. The view from the back has a deck with tables and chairs along with a charcoal grill.  The wild life come up and it is stunning to see them with a freshly cut grassy area to throw the football, frisbee or have a picnic. Just beyond is like. Forest where all of the wildlife live.  You will not be disappointed staying here! 10/10 recommend!

Worst hotel I’ve ever seen. There is a program for people with mental problems on the top floor, and they don’t tell you when you check in that they’re there, and they are very friendly. Never seen anything like it. They were nice but I was alone and felt weird among that. The worst part is the manager, an hour before check out, started banging on my door? Then at 10:45 he came back and when I told him I still had 15 mins to finish packing , he said I was being difficult and demanded I leave! I was shocked and horrified. The housekeeper was nice and said he does this to a lot of guests, but I’ve never been talked to by hotel staff so rudely in my life. This is a disgusting hotel with no breakfast, no ice, and most likely a ton of bugs. Literally hands down the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

Let’s start off with every single employee having a horrible attitude my entire stay. I called the front desk for the WiFi password and they said they would call me back, 2 hours later, no call. When I called back, they gave me attitude about it. I misplaced my key at around 11 PM and when I went to the front office to get a replacement the employee yelled in my face because ‘I woke him up’. In the morning around 8 AM housekeeping knocked on my door to clean because she assumed I had already checked out despite my do not disturb sign on the door. Not even 10 minutes later the front desk called to give me a wake up call I never asked for. Then around 9 AM the same thing was repeated. Check out is at 11 AM. They also had a coffee maker and no coffee pot, an ironing board and no iron. The A/C system would not cool properly, and was leaking all the way to my bed (they also had a trash can underneath apparently aware of the leak). Don’t waste your money, f*** this place.

Rude and unprofessional

So many bad things happened here. I cant explain how dirty the room was from bottom to top. First I walk in and the receptionist is smoking away the whole room and it was foggy from it. I seriously thought the building was on fire or something. The hotel looked nice from the outside but was seriously deceiving as the room looked like a drug dealer haven. There were roaches crawling all over the bed, the shower had FECES in it, and there was pee on the lampshade. I decided to go to the pool fore some odd reason and MAN that was a mistake. There was a person pooping in the pool, and the chlorine smelled like a toilet. I ran back to my room to see the door broken down. Then I see this lovely couple going through my stuff. They run with my freaking laptop and run down the hallway. Little did I realise that was minimal thievery. They also took my wallet. I lost basically everything in that one day. My credit cards, my laptop, my money, I grab the key crying and tell the receptionist I'm checking out. They tell me I'm not getting a refund because I spent more than ther 15 MINUTE refund policy. I hate this place, they are stupid with their management, and I had to end up yelling at some people. So I leave and call the police about my stolen items and they said that they couldn't do anything which was understandable. Wasnt expecting much. They asked what the couple looked like and I told them. What was surprising over everything else was that they were drug dealers on the loose and just escaped the local jail. I just wanted a nice experience. My goodness it was the worst place I have ever been to. Let this be a lesson not to cheap out.

My Stuff Was Stolen

I would give negative stars if I could. 
I was charged for pet cleaning fee for a service animal. I was told by the front desk if I can prove that my service animal did he job. Then was told that I seem perfectly fine, i.e. not blind or in a wheelchair. I have a diabetic service dog. I had to pull out the ada law and show them, but I had to also show them how to read since they did not understand the words, they may not charge or they may not do this. If you have a service animal stay away from here your better off sleeping in you car compared to this place. I was only given my money back once I said the word lawyer and your breaking the law.

Staff are most disagreeable, unhelpful and not courteous in the least.  Neither are they helpful.  In addition, the room we had was very dirty.  Had we checked in when it was daylight outside, we would not have stayed at this motel.  By the time we arrived, it was already dark, and we were tired.  The name of this motel does not reflect the clean motels and hospitable folks we met in Germany.

Be prepared to pay $5.00, should you leave your key in the room.
