Way overpriced and in need of remodel, deep clean and general repairs. Started with dirty keypad(with Covid you would expect a better clean.) Tubs were all moldy and needed to be regrouted..Balcony had a trashed out fake plant and rungs missing/rotten from the fence.(very unsafe for toddlers/small dogs)Bedding in master had one pillowcase and was too small,  standard on a king..other pillows had none.bathroom towel holders were either missing or broken so couldn’t use. Washer was dirty /dryer rusty.  Definitely do not expect to sleep 10 as the living room has two windows facing an event center and their were no blinds so at night u had lights in the main room.  bunk room ceiling fan had light out but was out of balance so couldn’t use(very loud) Had brown roach run across the floor in master bedroom..Toss pillows on sofa were extremely soiled..(removed them)The grounds needed a good pressure spraying and general maintenance..no where to put trash from being at the river so cup/cans were left on the grounds. The grill was unusable and picnic tables were rotten and had nails sticking out. Beautiful set up but needs some normal routine maintenance..it’s pricey so i expected more..100 creaming fee is a waste since you clean/sanitize when you get there.As you leave even after paying a fee you’re expected to haul your trash to a dumpster at the end of the parking lot! So if you’re not in good shape i do not recommend..and sleeping is tough since quiet hour is not enforced.

Village at Gruene/Condo #207 Renters beware

We rented 2 condos next to each other and was very convenient.  Both places were very clean.  We also felt very safe. Walking distance to downtown Gruene which was a big plus for our group. Highly recommend for those who don't want to drive into town.

New Year's Stay

We stayed in condo 203 for three nights while there for a wedding. Clean, stocked with utensils, washer/dryer, and it is very close to Gruene as in walking distance to Gruene. Could sit on patio and have your coffee and can we but barely, the river. Maintenance men did come one day and trim trees which helped a little but not enough to view the river. Would stay again.

Eight ladies recently enjoyed a girls weekend in unit 204 at Village at Gruene Condos - perfect location and perfect condo.  Communication with the representative was very easy and efficient prior to our arrival.  All the ladies complimented the size and furnishings in unit 204:  kitchen & bathrooms were nicely appointed, laundry room was an added bonus, comfortable beds, and the patio was a hit.  Designated parking was convenient.  Village at Gruene Condos' location enables you to walk almost anywhere you'd need to go within Gruene.  We hope to return next summer!

Great location and condo!

We and 2 other couples spent 3 nights in one of the downs stairs condos.  It was very clean and quite.  It was walking distance from every thing in Gruene.  We enjoyed sitting on the back porch in the morning and listening to the river and the birds!

The Gruene Condo

3 couples stayed for a weekend of music and fun in Gruene and this condo was perfect. We walked everywhere which is awesome. The beds were to die for and the patio is the bomb. You will not go wrong with this rental.

This is an awesome Condo.

First floor condo was great for our group.  Nice sized living room area with plenty of seating, nice updated kitchen, large outdoor patio, and clean and updated bedroom and bathrooms.  Great location within walking distance of Gruene River Grill, the Gristmill, Gruene Hall and all other shops, eateries and music venues.  There is a walkway down to river with some outdoor areas as well.  Swimming pool looked to be a popular place for people to migrate in the early evening, but our group didn't utilize it on this trip.  If you are floating down the river, you can swim across the river, walk, and, of course, drive to the Rockin R River outfitter that is set up across the river adjacent to their location.  All in all a nice place to stay if in the area for a weekend or extended weekend.  Will definitely book this place again.
