Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A damage deposit of USD 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. The units have keyless entry; guests checking in after 8:00 pm will receive an email from the property with a code to unlock the door. The office is open from 08:00 am to 08:00 pm. Please note that guests are limited to two cars per reservation. Please contact the property for additional information. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Guests must be over 25 years old with a valid identification to book and stay at the property.
