Perfect location- walked to the strip next door for dinner and drinks. Quick drive to Woodstock. We were happy with the cleanliness and basic features we were looking for - no complaints for what we needed on this fun lil get away.

Clean and quiet

Went in to get a room and the Girl at the front desk states I am leaving in  minutes and I have shut my computer down already. Called and spoke to David who then told me to call Meliisa Puga who is the director of the front desk. So I called and got a sorry she has been out for a while because of what is going on and needs some more training. REALLY !!!!! I Have traveled cross country and never had a problem like this before. I will not recommend This place to anyone. There are so many other places that would be glad to help me check in.

Screwed up room with one bed instead of two. Fine. My kids slept on a pull out from 1986 that had springs poking through the mattress and other people’s hair. Gross! This place needs to be torn down and rebuilt. Nasty!

Do yourself a favor... stay somewhere else!

Our party of 12, which included six adults and six kids, stayed here February 7-11. We had three loft suites.

The loft suites included a kitchen area and queen size bed, pull out sofa, and either bunkbeds or a twin bed. The queen beds were horribly horribly uncomfortable. I woke up multiple times every night and with a stiff back every morning. The pull out couches all had horrible mattresses. My two daughters ages 10 and 12 complained about the bunk bed mattresses – and that is not something they normally would complain about.

Our suites also did not have very good lighting. It was very dim inside. Decor was dated.

However, all that said, I would stay there again. It was good for what we needed. There is a shuttle every half hour to Loon Mountain. There is a game room, indoor pool, sauna, and indoor hot tub. There is a nice big fireplace in the great room. There are laundry facilities. There is not a restaurant on site.

The kitchen had everything we needed to cook every night. Pots, pans, stove, refrigerator, microwave, silverware etc.  Different rooms had  different sized dining tables. Our table had seating for six. My sister’s table had seating for four, and my other sister’s unit only had a tall bistro style table with seating for two.

We were about 10 minutes away from the ice castles. We were 10 minutes away from Sledventures, where we did a snowmobile tour. About 15 minutes from Cannon. There are plenty of restaurants within a five minute drive.  No restaurant on site.

One day we visited King Pine resort to go skating and tubing, as Loon was sold out of tubing. It was about an hour ride on a very scenic Kangamangus Highway.

If you are aware of the drawbacks, I think you’ll be happy with your stay.

Great location and amenities—horrible beds!

We were pretty happy with the place but for that much money it definitely needs a new pull out couch!! It was absolutely!! The whole bed scooped down we had to it cushions under it to make it somewhat work. The linoleum in the bathroom was coming up, and if you want to save money and cook for your family definitely bring pots and pans!!! They have two very small ones and some little pots. The cable comes in and out and so does the internet! With 3 young tired kids an no cable or internet to watch a movie eras a little bit of a pain. Views were great and ice location. Definitely needs a little update son had to sleep on the floor.

Stayed here one night before driving the white mountains and to mt Washington on a foliage drive. The service is excellent, check in was quick. We had a loft type room with a bedroom on a loft/2nd floor and a living room and kitchen on the first, I would imagine this is a perfect set up for a group of 4-6 on a ski weekend to loon, it’s 5 minutes from the mountain. Overall the room was clean and comfortable, and great location, solid.

Very good stay for fall activities

We stayed here for a leaf peeping weekend - 2 adults and 2 kids (ages 6 & 8).  Clean and comfortable, with friendly & helpful staff.  My kids loved it - especially the bunk beds in the loft. Ask for a mountain view - much prettier than the one we had of the parking lot.  My kids loved the pool and game room - I loved the great room with big fireplace.

Solid place for families

Best location in Lincoln. The backyard is a huge and beatiful river swimming hole (maybe the widest/deepest spot on the northern pemi), and rooms on that side overlook it and the mountains. Between the parking lot it's in and the one across the street you have 7 good bars and restaurants to chose from with no need to drive, and a convenient store right there.

My family has stayed at this resort multiple times. We love having a full kitchen available to us. My kids life the rooms with lofts. We are staying again this winter to ski Loon Mt. They offer discounted tickets, I believe. It is a great code if staying in Lincoln for a visit. If you have stayed before, book over the phone and mention that you are a returning guest to get a discount. 

Another good stay

We had a nice place with a loft upstairs with four bunks and a downstairs master bedroom. The place worked well for our purpose. We were unable to check in when we arrived and had to wait. The front desk was not very cordial. It was a bit noisy too.
