Large room with kitchenette.  Everything we needed in kitchen to make breakfast.  Super clean-sparkling clean!  Love the Mrs.Meyers hand soap!  Kudos to housekeeping.  
Plenty of soft towels, crisp fresh linens.  Fan and air conditioner.  Lots of places to put belongings, hooks etc.  Good location.  It was raining so we didn’t use fire pit but we would have.  Not modern but things well kept.  We would stay here again!

Super clean and well-appointed room

My friends and I came from a wedding held at Loon Mountain Resort. We were supposed to transfer to a new Airbnb when we were told of a mixup in the situation, so at around 9:30 p.m. or almost 10 p.m. (maybe even later) on a Memorial Day weekend that began on a Friday in New Hampshire, several hundred miles away from where we live in Queens in New York City, we were lost and out looking for a place to stay. 

We found a hotel near the resort, but the cost was $271 for a night and there's a two-night minimum requirement because of the Memorial Day weekend. We drove around and stumbled on the Riverbank Motel. We initially thought it was closed, but when my friend and I tried to go to the office and knocked on the door, the lights turned on automatically. 

Diana at the front desk welcomed us. Pleasant, charming, and fully masked!  She was very kind and accommodating, and in less than 15 minutes we were on our way to Motel 9 across the street, which is basically a room with a porch and a parking lot! 

The place has two queen-size beds and was well stocked with the basics (i.e., towels, shampoo, soap, etc.). It was very clean and there was a kitchenette complete with dish soap and other kitchen accessories. The place was cozy and the surroundings were quiet. Most of all, the overall cost was less than half the hotel resort's price which also required a two-night minimum stay. Our total including tax was around $120+ (take note, this was a night of booking!). 

Thanks to this place and Diana,  what was a stressful evening turned out to be a very restful night for me and my friends.

The view is amazing, right on the river! We stayed in cabin b, perfect size for a couple. Bed is comfortable. It’s awesome that included in the price is all the amenities at a hotel down the street, pools, gym, game room, movies. Peaceful location while being close to stores

Beautiful location

This is my 2nd time here in a year.  It's close to a great diner and Clark's trading post (walking distance to both).  Near so many hiking trails and things to do.  I love that you have access to the resort a couple miles away with fitness center, pools, hot tubs.  You get high price amenities with an affordable rate.  The room has everything you need to cook, reheat and refrigerate food so no need to spend $$ eating out if you don't want to.  It's very clean too.  Highly recommended!!  Oh... plus the porch is awesome too!

A quiet, clean and affordable option!

This is the 5th or 6th time my wife and I have stayed here, This year we decided to try Cabin C and couldn't have been happier, very clean and well stocked. A nice 2 burner stove, full sized fridge, coffee maker, microwave, Good WIFI and a great view of The Pemi. We have never been disappointed staying here.
Close to many things, we walked down to  Woodstock each day and shopped and ate... The cabin was perfect as all of the other rooms we have stayed at as well !!   The pool was perfect as it always is and always make new friends at the pool every year.

Peaceful, Quiet, Perfect

We enjoyed Cabin A for a short getaway. I like that the property is close to so many attractions and you don’t have to go far at all for food, etc. 

My husband booked the cabin so I didn’t know what to expect but it’s better than I anticipated: spacious and VERY clean. It seems like everything has been thought of: extra towels/washcloths, bedding for the sofa bed, cooking utensils, dishwashing supplies, etc. 

The queen bed was comfortable and you can tell the cabin has had some updates. Love the view of the river out the back living room window and parking is easy with our own driveway. Plenty of storage and places to put your stuff. 

I like this place enough that I wouldn’t take off stars but the shower stall was a bit tight if you’re tall or want to shave your legs and like most lodgings, I could have used more water pressure BUT my husband thought it was fine. Would suggest replacing pillows in bedroom. 

I would definitely come back!

Great little getaway cabin!

Stayed in the Riverbank Motel - Room was very clean and updated.  Frig, 2 burners and sink unit was a great addition.  There was also a large microwave and Mr. Coffee.  Bed and pillows were very comfortable.  Deana, who owns the cottages, is a very gracious host and hard working woman!  Pool was clean and fairly warm.  Next time we will stay i a cottage - closer to the Pemi - you can hear the water better!

Well kept

I love this place! I appreciated the contact the day of my arrival, Hilary texted me and gave me the details of what room I was in and how to get there, great descriptions! The Riverbend Motel & Cabins is the perfect place for our family reunion! There is a great pool that all of the kids and adults were in, a couple of the kids were in there almost all day, both days! The yard is large and has a fire pit that we used both nights, it was wonderful to sit around the fire and get caught up with my cousins that I had not seen in a couple of decades. We also sat around during the day, the little ones played on the swings and slides. The owner came out to say hi and that was sweet! I had Room #2, it was spacious, had a 1/2 size refrigerator, nice sitting area with 2 windows, the bathroom has a deep tub that was very nice. I know my cousins loved that too! It is also located near some tourist spots, actually within walking distance. I would love to go there again!

Great place for our Family Reunion

This is a family owned and operated quaint no frills motel. But with personality! We were greeted warmly by the receptionist and she let us check in early. The rooms are old New England in flavor and very clean. Available was a microwave, refrigerator, and in-room coffee. Quaint is the best way to describe the experience.

Quaint no-frills stay

My sister and I spent 1 night in cottage #1. It is just like the pictures shows, except roomier. All the emenities you need--cable tv, 2 burner cooktop, coffee pot, micro, air conditioner, fireplace, small fridge, dishes, pots, utensils. We appreciate the deck out back facing the quaint river. Extremely clean. The hostess was so nice too! Cannot beat it for the price!!
