What was good

Very friendly service at check in The area is great by New York standards Transport is Good - quick to down town Easy to get to JFK

What was bad

Noise control was not great - huge gaps in doors and windows were not really soundproof in any way- lower floors were better than upper floors. The room cleaning left my door open….all day…
