What was good
On arrival, staff were very welcoming, having read other reviews we were worried that we wouldn’t be able to move around in the room, however there was nothing to worry about as there was plenty of room, with a view of the Empire State Building. Location was excellent, 2 minute walk to the subway. 20 minute walk to Times Square.
What was bad
Had a few issues with air conditioning, but these were rectified throughout stay.
