The rooms were cleaned properly every day, the staff was very friendly. I was grateful for the free coffee and tea service in the small breakfast room. Absolutely unbeatable is the proximity to the metro stations, within walking distance there are numerous supermarkets and restaurants.

The room furnishings were very basic and old. Our room faced the street and was very noisy, despite the window being closed. All the noises from the neighboring roo

Clean, housekeeping was great, great location near CUNY School of Law. Only complaint is that they said I had to pay extra for a mini fridge.

The woman at the desk was really helpful and kind my original reservation thru another site was canceled by that site and she helped me find zen for the best price
