Very lovely hotel, charming style. Rooms are very clean with microwave and refrigerator. Check in was friendly and fast. Very quiet location out of town. There's a Chinese restaurant and Italian 1/4 mile down the room. The breakfast buffet was not good though, very limited and hardly anything to eat, that was a disappointment. They need to offer customers something to eat for breakfast. Other than that, it was overall, good.

Quaint and Lovely Hotel

Outrageously expensive for the run down state of this hotel. Excessively overpriced. Theft. My suggestion is to drive another 20 minutes and select a better hotel for the same price in Syracuse. Very old. Picture a campsite hotel. Ventilation in the bathroom was extremely loud to the point that you will not turn the bathroom light on in the night if you are sharing the room with someone else. Front desk person who checked us in behaved “hot and cold” telling us that she “already” told us something and still helping with other things. Weird and patronising. No cleaning service at this point in May 2022 is ridiculous. Most hotels now have housekeeping. A very unpleasant experience and I will never stay there again.

Complete Rip off. Expensive and Run down.

Only upon check in was I notified that the rooms were "spontaneously cleaned" during stays by a sign posted in the window.  I questioned it with the clerk and they said, yes the room would be cleaned, but maybe not every day.

We were charged a daily dog fee, supposedly that a well groomed dog was extra cleaning involved.  Never in the four nights was housekeeping done,  not even the trash removed, beds made(let alone changed) or a quick vacuum done.  

Breakfast should just be forgotten if you are serving Twinkies and bananas.  Lets be serious.  

The room was basically cleaned when we arrived.  To be a real QUALITY INN, door softeners would prevent the slamming of doors all night long.

Sign on front door required masks.  Staff wore their masks on chins. Hope this respiratory illness does not enter through the chin.

Covid excuse for lack of basic services

This hotel has proven to be a life saver during the Covid 19 pandemic. Because they are pet friendly, for a fee, staying here has allowed me to see my family while keeping my distance. The rooms are clean, comfortable, spacious and are well appointed. Though the staff is not particularly friendly they are very accommodating. The location is great right off of I 81 and close to village center. There are services within walking distance as well. Due to pandemic restrictions the breakfast was very basic. I did find the internet a bit of a challenge, but all in all, this was a good choice. 

Nice stay

I have been coming to Tully for 30 years but always stay at my sister's house. This was the first time I stayed at the Quality Inn simply due to social distancing during the Covid 19 pandemic. It provided the perfect opportunity to see my family. I was blown away!! The hotel was comfortable, clean and very spacious and the rooms were well appointed as was the lobby. There was a light breakfast and coffee available for grab and go. The staff members were friendly and accommodating, a special shout out to Andrea for her personal kindness. The hotel took both Cats for a nominal fee! Because there are no exterior entrances I request a ground floor room as close to a door as possible. Nikki gave me the perfect room, it would have been the room I personally would have chosen. I am happy and content to know there is such a great option in Tully should future circumstances call for it!!

Pleasantly surprised!!

When we returned from a wedding the entire hotel smelled like marijuana. We went to the night manager and she offered another room on a different floor. But the entire hotel smelled and had quite a few young adults walking around swearing. We were not going to stay there. I asked for a refund. But the night manager said I reserved via a third party buy she would let them know our issue when they call. I called the third party and they were not helpful and said when they spoke to the night manager the manager told them she offered another room. She did not tell them about the entire hotel smelling of marijuana. She lied. I was very unhappy and have yet to receive a refund.

Worst stay ever!

So they took the time to revamp the hotel and put nice beds/furniture/televisions BUT they did a poor job in the bathroom and used drop down ceilings, the molding between the tile floor and carpet was cut poorly.  The breakfast was pathetic and don't even get me started with the loud slamming of the side door when guest leave.  Yes you may have only had four rooms check out but if they make multiple trips to their car how many times does that door slam at 6:30am.  If you stay here don't expect much and asked to be on the second floor BUT they have no elevator.

Comfy bed but that's about it

these people that run the hotel are crooks.  I made a reservation by mistake from my brother's hospital room in Syracuse NY.  was on my way there for the night as my brother had a serious car accident. Was told they were all filled up.  turns out the reservation was changed to a week later.  Asked for a refund and was advised my credit card would be credited.  Was never given credit nor did i ever stay there.  Be very careful .

don't stay here

I've stayed here a few times. It's a nice 6hr drive from Delaware and only another 3.5hrs home. Staff are always friendly and service is good. The rooms are large, a king bed in mine was very comfortable although the bathroom is a bit tight. Their breakfast is eggs, sausage plus cereal and more. It's right at the highway so very convenient and you can order in food from a few places or a 2 minute drive to the town(I walk it)

Overnight stay

Very pleased with everything; very easy to find, huge parking lot, right beside gas station, and a  Burger King is just minutes away.  Was thrilled to see a luggage cart. 
The clerk was very friendly and the breakfast was great (with plenty of seating); the waffle iron and peanut butter were highly appreciated.  Comfy beds and pillows and the room was large and clean. Wanted to spend another night, but they were booked solid.  that's understandable as there's not a lot of choice around here, so I suggest booking as early as you can.  A very nice touch was the library--I can't recall seeing one in the common area before.  All of the Quality Inns I've stayed in throughout the years have been wise choices; we were pleased with everything.
