Advertised as newly renovated, this place was a filthy dump. Stains on the bedding, towels, and furniture. Smelled awful. Piles of trash on the ground outside. Stained shower curtain. Single lamp with a shade that looked like a lawn mower ran it over. Not enough space to describe how awful it was. 

Disgusting place

Rented 2 rooms with friends. Pool advertised is out of order , smells bad , dirty. Asthma already bothering me from smell . Pics show dirt on bathroom floor, sink dirty , only toilet seat cleaned, shower dirty, mattresses old. Sheets appear to be washed , but I doubt bed spread have been in a while.

Very dirty I would not recommend this hotel.Not good lighting outside of motel.Walls had spills of milk pop, microwave and fridge were very dirty ,we did not use these.We did not see any pool, and the pictures of the place they post are very out dated like 10 -15 years. very run down

Avoid

Grimey.
Towels with big holes.
Breakfast of cellophaned buy-in-bulk crap cake and no juice.
WiFi was weak.

Place gave me the willies. Didn't want to put any of my things on any soft surfaces, chairs, rugs, etc.

Yuck

I didn't last 15 minutes before I literally bugged out. Aside from smelling like the inside of a cheap car wash hanging scent thing-the carpet was torn, the lights were dull, the place was filthy, the door had no real lock and I was scared to even sit on the bed, never mind sleep in it. The internet had no password so I only stayed long enough to do a google search on my phone to find another place to stay---how can places this gross stay in business---you could not pay me enough to stay here ever again!

I bugged out as fast as I could, most disgusting place I've ever been in

When we first went there we were surprised to see that there was no functioning wi-fi. The beds were too springy and it was very compact. The staff did not seem happy. The kids hated it because of the lack of internet. The blankets were rough and scratchy. The heater was not functioning property. At least there was running water. :(

Motel Hell

Saw them insulted an Asian couple while I was waiting.m, using words I would never use. Never met anyone so rude. Even in a motel like this, they should show basic respect. 
Will not ever come back. Negative stars.

RUDE, VERBALLY ASSAULTING STAFFS

Negative star! But unfortunately I can only give one star. 
Molds in the bathrooms, hairs in the bed... but above all, don’t come if you want staffs to put up sh*tty attitude at you. No customer deserves to be treated like that.

Horrible place.

Oh where to start.. We attended a concert at Tanglewood. The show was fantastic (Trombone Shorty), the opposite of this filthy, disgusting pit. We had stayed here a few years ago, and it was adequate, not bad. Maybe renovated rooms at the time, but it worked. This time let's just state the facts. We pulled in for late check-in. Parked in the front of one of the units was a canoe, filled with crap, including an animal cage. Rooms greeted us with butt smoke. Clearly, non-smoking means "smoking" at the Berkshire. I woke feeling like I had rifled down a carton of Marlboro Reds. The bed had sheets; I didn't see any bugs, but the TV and brasspanel of the bedroom lights was riddled with fingerprints. Hole in the bathroom door which didn't shut; if deuces were wild that night your traveling companion was in store for more than just a trumpet solo. Other than the mold on the walls, missing and cracked tiles, dirty shower, it wasn't that bad (see what I did there). I let my wife borrow socks to sleep in; I wore my socks, so if we need to get up in the middle of the night. Just before sleep, I felt a bite on my calf, under sheets, first glance revealed nothing until the spider. Morning revealed filthy socks. Our co-travelers told similar horror stories. At checkout, I was going to vent, but of course, no one answered the bell, so a note on the bill had to do stating "disgusting". OWNERS SHOULD BE ASHAMED! Do yourself a favor and avoid this puddle of filth at all costs.

Unbelievable that this motel can stay open under these circumstances! It didn't feel right in this large old building with insufficient maintenance. Bathroom, bedroom, bed linen and towels were clean. The TV only had a few channels, the air conditioning did not work and only blew air from outside, 85F. Locks on the door didn't work really well. I felt uncomfortable, so I closed the door with a few seats, which I have never done in the last 30 years of traveling ... The whole thing looked miserable. This motel should be renovated to 2019 standards!
