My fiance got it as a surprise for our one year anniversary it was amazing I love how it has the at home feel when you first walk in that's what I've been to yet and if you live in the city of Lockport I would recommend it

Love it

This was our first stay and were very happy. Accommodations were new, very clean and location was close to the lake. The owners were very accommodating and friendly. They had a place for our boat and were helpful with local directions and information. Would stay here next time in the area. Thank you for your hospitality.

Cozy Motel

We have thoroughly enjoyed staying here many times. Place is cozy, warm and inviting. Staff is ever eager to please with their warm customer service toward all guests. Highly recommend a stay here. Bravo!

Lovely place - Stayed multiple times

We have been staying here for years at least a couple times per summer when we go to lake Ontario to salmon fish. Nice people and everything you need in a place to stay! Their breakfast is nice and the place feels like home.

Our favorite place to stay in Western NY

This was my first time staying here. My boyfriend & his family has stayed here numerous times. I must say I loved it! Great hospitality & a homey place. Only big complaint I have is the bathroom/shower situation. Shower is incredibly small. Hard to wash or shave your legs. Small sink area as well as toilet area. But for the short stay, it really wasn’t bad considering & it’s also not a super big place so it’s understandable. I’m certain we will be staying here again!

Great little motel!

Very good out of the way, very comfortable, wish we had more time so that we could have enjoyed the deck and gardens. But we will return soon as we have family in the area. Rooms were comfortable,clean,and the people were very helpful and very freindly

Loved it

Our stay was a great experience! We stayed here while visiting Niagara Falls, yes a bit of a drive, but the price was right! This motel is built from an old barn, so it’s very cute & has a lot of charm. I loved the decorations. The garden areas were beautiful & the patio out back was a great place to eat breakfast. The owner was helpful & told us about a kiddie carnival going on up the road, which was a huge help. This is a fisherman’s area — you WILL hear men drinking & talking downstairs in the lobby or outside. Honestly though, if I wasn’t up sick all night, I probably wouldn’t have even heard them. Our room was quiet. The bed had obvious usage, but it was comfortable for us. The only real complaint I have about our room is the shower. It’s a small walk in, but the water pressure is weird & it takes forever to heat up. But it does its job. They provided mini fridges & microwaves outside the room (upstairs at least) & drinks (water, juice) were available for purchase. Breakfast was good both mornings. There was cereal, apple sauce, yogurt, bagels, pancakes, sausage, juice, milk, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, donuts & cinnamon rolls. Yes — store bought, but good! Honestly, with the price you’re paying for these rooms, you are getting amazing service! I was treated better here than I have been at $100+ rooms. Also, the neighborhood is fantastic. It’s a quiet town in a country setting so there’s some beautiful scenery to see! I highly recommend.

Homey

My husband and I loved this place, we stayed on the first floor with our 2 standard poodles. It was clean and cozy with the most comfortable beds and pillows. It has a nice area outside to walk the dogs and a nice deck area to sit outside. Just loved it there and highly recommend. Oh and they breakfast out for the guest, nice!

Very nice place

We were greeted with a friendly smile. Information was given to us regarding the property; passcode for after hour entry. I was happy to make myself a pot of coffee while we got our bags unpacked. Nice clean room and super comfy beds awaited us later in the evening. A nice porch out back we were allowed to use. Breakfast was ready for us to prepare in the morning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We felt so comfortable there, that we will definitely book here again. I forgot my medications in our room, and the owners tried frantically to get ahold of us. They did finally and we went back to pick them up. 5 stars given to this Motel. Thank you from Al and Carin. Toronto, Canada

JUST LIKE HOME!!!

what you see is what you get a cute quiet comfortable motel really quaint inside with two  floors ..price is right comfortable bed with clean fresh bedding and it also offers a small breakfast in the morning ..this small Motel is spotlessly clean inside and lovely surrounding garden outside ..and  to have a window you can have  open all night just adds to the enjoyment ...
