Do not come here, the casino floor was lacking, had terrible payout, the food downstairs was horrible and overpriced. I didn’t get a wink of sleep due to the sounds of race cars outside, 24/7. Even at 3 in the morning they were going, along with doors opening and shutting in the hallway, paired with the incredibly thin walls it was almost echoed. I was repeatedly scared half to death thinking someone had gotten into my room. Plus, the pillows were disgusting and covered in brown muck, and the entire place reeked of smoke and feces. I would not stay here again, if they paid me to do it.

don't waste your time!! worst payouts of any casino in the state!!every time i go in, everybody!! is complaining about losing. they let machines get up to 150,000 without paying them out!!!!! worst casino in the state

don't bother

inattentive  stand offish staff , dirty grounds. Ashtrays full of butts .  Very basic.  the remodel was so sloppy there is like paint drippings never removed in many rooms no amenities , Vending doesnt even take credit cards. Decent TVs.

do not! go there expecting to win. it has the worst payoffs of any casino in the area.everybody walks around complaining that they are not winning. the hotel is so so. i wasn't real impressed. but the casino is horrible

Entrance filled with smokers milling around outside door.  Unimpressive lobby needing a professional update.  Maintenance and cleaning of building poor throughout hotel.  Any remodeling done recently was thrown together by unprofessionals.  Definitely not worth the high cost.

Not worth the Cost

Tammy at the front desk was fabulous.  She pleasantly went out of her way to make an accommodation for us.  Quality customer service is alive and well.   The rooms were average but as expected for the price.  Always fun staying at a casino for evening entertainment,  the food choices on mondays and tuesdays is very limited, but our sandwich and salad were fine.

Good value for the Money, Great Front Desk Staff

The hotel was dirty. The continental breakfast was a complete klusterfuss. Same tissue on the floor in the elevator from my first trip to my last. Machines were not very good. Not a big variety. The one resurant was out of almost everything. There were kids in the hottub/pool for open to close. The in room jacuzzi took forever to fill. There were no normal size glasses in a suite, plastic cups. Only one ice machine worked so had to go up and down with the tissue several times. Overall not much good to say.

So, we love this hotel. The staff are wonderful, and kind. And aslo,we have stayed here a billion times over the years, Not once have we gotten a bad stay out of it. Lobby is absolutely amazing.I'm a grandmother. I have a Young granddaughter. She is just a little girl, but is the best swimmer in the family, on her dads (My son) side. So as you may guess, the pool here is a big hit for her, and her dad. It is heated, and my son has arthritis,so,when it's available,the hot tub in the pool area is great.The heated pool is nice, becouse you can get right in.We love the rooms! And oh are they nice since renovation! The beds are very confortable,And we sleep well...Although..I do have somthing to share. Me and my grandaughter had a " girls night out". We stayed at the hotel alone that night, which may have been a mistake.She has sensitive ears, so noises aren't exactly great. As we lay in bed, i could not sleep. the next door people,( conjoining room) Were being quite loud. Thats when my grandaughter said:" Gram? i can't sleep!" She looked distressed. Now, im not afraid of people, so you know i went up tp the door. i yelled" Will you be quite?" At the dooor that adjoined the rooms. No response, and i didn't exepct there to be. they did not qite down." CHRISTOPHER? LOOK AT THE FACES< CHRISTOPHER!" they were intoxicated, without a doubt! Needless to say, i called the front desk as my granddaughter was getting more upset by the minute." Exuse me? yes. We haven't gotten a wink of sleep, and it's 2:30!" I said." Ok, we will send someone up." they said. We waited. then we heard a knock. not on our door, but on theres. It was security! They were that quick! We are greatful. We call it:" the dreaded christopher night.." Back to the rooms. they are always clean, theonly thing we found was this: So, this was the last time we stayed. My grandaughter and her daddy had just came up from the pool, and i was ruunning her a shower. She sat down on the couch in our renovated room! She stood up, then my son sat down. he pulled out a pink pill. it was HUGE! Though, it did not look like drugs, more like a senior had dropped a pill. So we didn't report this.the kitchens are always nice, the bathrooms too.And the shower temp is easy to control. The body lotions are soo good! (haha, i always take em' home!)Overall, my grandaughter LOVES this hotel. ( probably becouse fo the pool.) And i love the convient bathroom right by the pool. Oh, and there is a little arcade, kkinda near the pool, it has a few games. My grandaughter has never used one, as they appear to be for teenagers in her opionon and mine. So she is a bit. young for them, and one i s a hunting game. the food is great.777 is my grandaughters fav, she gets either a burger or grilled cheese and onion rings. WE LOVE THIS HOTEL! And that concludes our review!

do not waste your time,money, or gas to get there!!!!!!! the machines are absolutely horrible. your better off betting on the weather!!!!!! they dont pay off and you cant even get as much as a bonus on any of the machines

They have a great weekday special to get seniors to come into the motel for $35 a night. Don’t expect anything classy the place is showing its wear and tear as as its lack of maintenance.

When you arrive the lobby is absolutely beautiful and will make you think you will see this quality in the rest of the facility.

You arrive to the floors and the carpets are stained like land mines down the hallways. Ice machines are not working on multiple floors and don’t direct you to the floors that have working ice machines. 

Guest room was pleasant but bathroom was not clean, mold on the shower curtain, mold on tile grouting.

Repairs were made to the wall next to tub wall using tape and paint. 

When we entered the room the tissue dispenser was empty, on the second morning before we left for the day, we placed the empty box on the sink thinking that it would get replaced, as well as the coffee packs that we had used the first morning. They were not, so we had to go to the front desk to get replacements, that they happily gave to us.
