I had an excellent experience here. It's a little old but I found the place to be clean and comfortable for the price. Did not have one single problem with the room or the service. The lady was nice at the front when I needed more blankets and I felt safe in my room. Would stay here again.

Stayed there to fish in nearby Lake Champlain.  Fishing was great, but I should have slept on my boat.  Filthy room with stained bed sheets and thin towels.  On the second day of fishing, I heard the place is not really a motel, but a place where they harbor sex offenders.  They should place a sign to warn travelers.  Stay Away!

Worst place ever - like a bad horror movie

we had to stay because of car problems.  Floor unlevel and filthy, shower coming apart, no coffee pot,  no telephone.  couldn't open windows.  Strong musty smell but they supplied fabrise...  Micro wave had a large dent in it and it sounded like it was going to explode.
Budget inn people should investigate this place.  also they have people who live there.  one of them keep showing up and wanted to go with us when our car was fixed....yikes

Had a terrible experience was there for a month take my advice and don't go walk away well you can people there are crazy load and drunks staff is rude af and room was in terrible shape smelled like mold and had to clean and bleach the shower before feeling safe enough to use it didn't feel safe at all in my room and Wi-Fi kept going out....had a crazy person bang on the door screaming at 5am and kept bugging me after save your money and find a better place

DON'T GO!!!!

Found bedbugs crawling on my sheets at 10:30 at night. I fled to another motel 20 miles away, and sacrificed my room fee at this dump.

The room was nasty - the floor was sticky, and the pillow was so disgustingly dirty that i would not use it.

Worst place I have ever stayed in my 48 years.  Molded bathroom, toilet leaking, floor in bathroom rotted, freezer iced over, mirrors streaked, rugs were FILTHY, 2 sitting chairs looked like they had sat outside & been rained on horribly stained, towel covering window instead of screen, comforters looked like they had been urinated on, debris all over the floor, not even a phone in the room.  Thanks to the French Mountain Inn in Queensbury for referring people up there.  The folks on the motorcycle in the hole next to us who travel cross country would have slept in our truck if we had left it unlocked.  The local McDonald's informed us that this dump is where the county houses their pedophiles...good thing I'm almost 50!  Should have known better when the office stunk of curry and there was a huge sign that said NO REFUNDS.  Wish there was a spot to post pictures for all to see!  Sleep in your car and go to a KOA to clean up, heck, jump in the creek instead of this dive!
