Omg I love this place..I had to come back… I have a beautiful blue staffordshire terrier that stayed for free … the beds are so soft therapeutic … best sleep I’ve had in weeks.. the smell when you walk in the door is fresh welcome with a hint of pine…
Large rooms with cable.
The customer service is even better, front desk woman was cheerful , helped me change my credit information on reservations.
Also one of the most responsible priced with no deposits.

Awesomeness 

This is one of the worst hotels at which I've ever stayed. (Glowing reviews elsewhere are puzzling.) Noise late into the night from other guests had me concerned about my (and my car's safety). What I found:
. No shampoo, etc. (only soap). No tissue.
. Soap wrapper on bathroom floor.
. Used shampoo packet in trash.
. Dirty tub (hairs).
. Wet, dirty ice bucket.
. No cups; no coffee service.
. One hand towel (but 2 bath towels & wash cloths).
. Cracked sink, no stopper.
. Laminate floor "sinking" in several spots.
. Toilet seat not bolted on.
. Bathroom door didn't latch (latch didn't line up with opening).

Despite being one of the least expensive hotels in the area, it was way overpriced! This place is an embarrassment, even for Motel 6.

Horrible Experience

If it would be possible to use minus, I would give them -10. NEVER EVER GO AND STAY THERE, NEVER!!! DON'T TRUST TO REVIEWS THEY PROVIDE. THE PLACE IS HORRIBLE, DISGUASTING AND REALLY SUCKS FOR ANY MONEY!!! Moreover, the owners (East Indian family) are frauds. Let me explain. We had to book that place -Motel 6 Newport News, VA – Fort Eustis because we had to changed our arrangements at last minute and we had a tiny dog with us. And it was not easy to find a pet friendly hotel in couple of days before the trip. After reading good reviews (which I am sure now, most are fake!), we booked their room. It was a room from a horror movie. It's pity that I cannot also provide a video where you can see the dirty doors, also the restroom door didn't close because they fixed it in a wrong way. All the lamps in the room were broken and with some kind of spots on them. One was even with had printing dirt like a blood. All surfaces were dirty and sticky. We had to clean everything in the room with the Clorox wipes before to use it. The hair dryer was not comfortable to use, because it was for the wall but being afraid that people may steal it, they took it off (you need to ask for that from manager), and when they bring it to you, there is no hook to hang it on. Also, the room smelled unpleasant even we booked nonsmoking room. 
So, seeing all that dirt, broken stuff, broken doors and terrible smell we called the manager (who is also the owner of that trashy place), explained him that we didn't expect such a bad condition of the room and wanted to cancel the second night. Before cancelation we asked them several times if they would charge Us for the second night. They confirmed that NO, and we had to pay ONLY for ONE night stand! Next morning exactly at 11am we checked out and I paid with my credit card $66.54 and manager assured me that it's ONLY charges we have to pay for the night. However, while we were on our way back home to PA, they also charged our credit card with $150.49!!! 
I reported to my bank that it was a fraud, and Motel's managers charged me extra compare to they promised. The Motel owners created falsified documents for the bank as a fake "proof" that we had to pay them that amount. They even lied that $66.54 it was a refund to me - oh yes, which I paid with my credit card by myself during check out! Very funny.
 Yes, to stay a night in the 2 stars Hell to pay $150 where the regular night cost from $52 to 77 (based on season). I understand if it would be our fault of cancellation but the service, they provided didn't match what they promised on the site, and the location was bad (criminal and not safe area by the way, we even asked them where is the police department to know in a case). We were not able to receive back our money. I tried to call to the motel manager at the beginning many times but they refused to talk or always was not in the hotel. To change the decision of the bank after fake docs from Motel was not possible either. I have never ever had such a horrible experience with hotels. BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE, DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO, AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS TERRIBLE PLACE! STAY IN ANY OTHER PLACE BUT NOT IN THAT!

If your looking for a cheap hotel to rent by the hour for a smash and go than this is your place. But if you are looking for somewhere to lay your head at night spend the extra 30 and stay somewhere else.  From the minute we pulled up my husband and I immediately felt uneasy. As soon as we walked in to check in there were mulriple sketchy people hanging around outside, we just waited for someone to come tell us a price of their crack rock available for sale.  The sheets had stains, the non-smoking room smelled like stale cigarettes and horrible regrets, we were even scared to sit down for even a second to the point where we choose to bite the bullet and spend the extra money to stay somewhere else and had to shower immediately.  Should have figured for thenprice that this is what it would have been.
