My wife and I had one night in Niagara Falls, and made a last minute reservation at Inn Niagara based on Trip Adviser reviews.  This is a private motel.  The owner is very nice.  The rooms are well kept, clean, and nicely furnished.  The bed was very comfortable.  The shower was very good.  There is a T.V. refrigerator, microwave, and sink.  You could make a small meal or snack.  There are two comfortable stuffed chairs, and a small eating table with side chairs.  There is a dresser.  There is no closet or area to store suitcases, but there is a place to hang coats / clothes.  The space is too small for me, but I enjoyed it and slept well.

Very Nice, Too Small

Checked into a king size room with a jacuzzi tub for the weekend. The room is clean and comfortable, with everything one might need, just a little snug.
Alice, the owner, was welcoming and helpful recommending nearby restaurants and attractions.
The Wi-Fi is not very strong and it seems that the free shuttle is better avoided if you have a car. 
While the inn is a little further away from the falls, it is clean and comfortable at a more reasonable price.  
All in all, we had a lovely stay and would come again, just perhaps pack smaller bags.

Snug but lovely

We stayed at the Inn Niagara for 2 nights and really enjoyed it. Our room was very clean and perfect for just the two of us. We ate at the Mexican restaurant across the street our first night and left very satisfied. Our room had everything we needed from a wine opener and glasses to takeout menus and extra blankets. Only 10 minutes from the Falls with lots to do minutes away. We would definitely go back! Thank you Alice! ☺

Quaint and clean!

What an awesome place we found! Alice is so sweet and really cares about her guests and property. The rooms are small but we found cozy. The decor is up dated and with everything to help make your stay amazing, even the towels are plush! It's about 13minutes from the falls which we enjoyed getting away from the hustle of the activity and have some quite time. I'm glad we found it and we recommend it highly. 

Road trip

We made our first trip to Niagra Falls this week.  Along the way we stayed at several motor hotel lodges.  All may have been good in the sixties but very out dated now.  The "Inn Niagra" was another in this style.  The comparison stops there .  The outside, pool area landscaping were really nice as was the proprietor.  The inside was a complete makeover.  Can't say enough about the great work done to modernize these rooms.  If the rooms were a little larger they would compare to luxury hotel rooms at a much higher cost.  Everything was well thought out with bath and kitchen amenities.  Rooms are on the small side but more than makes up for it in cost and VERY nice décor.
