A very nice older Hotel . The owner was onsite at check in . Small hotel convenient parking. Dress continental breakfast. Convenient to restaurants for dinner . Owner was helpful in giving suggestions. Our room was very big . Separate room for tub and toilet and sink . Very very clean . It was $$ less expensive then hotels by the falls. It was so much cleaner then hotels by the falls . A very close drive maybe 10-15 minutes.

A very nice older Hotel . Clean !!

The hotel rooms are decent size! Parking is limited, but the accommodations are very good. There is sadly no water fountains, but all the water from sinks and other water outlets are filtered and safe to drink. (Lead concentration of .002, which is really safe) and outlets for power are at an abundance. There are also no Snack bars, or stuff like that, but they do have 24/7 hot water, tea, and coffee. They also have dryers and washers. Beds were comfortable, but the pillows are way too soft with too much give, which makes them go right down to the mattress. Breakfast consists of white bread, which you can toast, Bagels, which you can toast, and muffins. They also have waffles which you make fresh and syrup/butter are options. They also include milks, cereals, and yogurt. Breakfast (when I was there) started 7:30 and ended 9:30, which was a lot later than other hotels. Front desk is extremely nice and will try to accommodate you to their best ability. If Kim is there, say hi to her for me! (My name is Allen) The check in is super fast and checkout just lets you slide the keys under the glass. (You pay when you check in) TV coverage is amazing and everything was really clean and kept well! It is also not too far from Niagara Falls, just like a 10 minute drive there (When traffic is at moderation)!

Amazing Hotel!

1. AVOID THIS PLACE! They charge EXTRA for the things you have not done!
2. NOISIEST hotel ever, sleeping is IMPOSSIBLE,
3. The room is DIRTY (from sheets to toilet). 
4. MOLD in the room,
5. Breakfast is a JOKE (NO seperate breakfast room & only 5 tables for 50p),
6. RUDE staff,
7.  DO NOT LEAVE your belongings in the room!

It's not a HOTEL, it is a SCAM!!!

I cannot say enough about the hospitality, care, and cleanliness of this hotel! It is in a quiet location and yet, only 6 minutes from Niagara State Park! It was so convenient as we were going back and forth quite often and the highway was very close to the hotel which made the commute very pleasurable. 
The staff was extremely welcoming and assured me , when I called due to an unforeseen traffic delay due to horrendous weather, that my room would be ready and that there was no limit as to the time of arrival so I didn’t have to worry if my room would time out and reserved for another traveler. That alleviated a lot of stress. The next morning, a continental breakfast was provided that was more than satisfying…. waffles, bagels, muffins, yogurt, fruit, cereal, cinnamon rolls, toast, coffee, and tea were plentiful. The management kept everything in order and was ready to assist in any way to make sure that our stay was satisfying.  My family had a wonderful experience here.

someone from cleaning department putted half smoked cigrates in all my room found dirty towels and bed sheets. their staff is really rude they don't know how to talk. nasty breakfast. dirties place i ever visited

I do remember booking this hotel based on the feedback I read on internet, but there were disappointments that I had to manage during the stay. Let me try to summarize as below
1. Location - I did notice that this hotel was a few miles away from the Nigaara falls and hoped the Public Transport would suffice for the commute to the main attractions, but that was not the case. The frequency of the bus services coupled with the loneliness of that area made me realize the fact that I should have booked a rental car for the local commute
2. Room - The room was really a budget sized one (probably I didn't read that detail properly before booking). However the restroom had some issues - water was not draining properly inside the bath tub; the room door was not locking comfortably; the wash basin was kept at such a height that it was difficult for my family members. 
3. Breakfast - I thought it would be a "regular" breakfast served across most of the hotels, but to my disappointment we were just provided with a packet containing yoghurt, energy bar, cake and a cookie. I wish we could have been informed about this much earlier.

In summary, this hotel would be a good choice for budget travelers who do have their car with them for the local commute.

Budget hotel to stay in Niagara

My husband and I were a little concerned with all the mixed review but from the moment we checked in our experience was great!!!  The room was great for our family.  The laundry facility was great.  The location was quite and easy to get to everything we needed.  The staff was family focused and attentive.

Great value

Walked in our room thought we had entered the sewer...asked for another room told it was fulll then saw vacancy sign still lit and online had rooms available  dirty towels  dirty coffee pot  so disgusting  dirty sheets

Screw smell

Stayed one night with husband when in Niagara Falls. Less than 10 minute drive from Falls. Very clean room, all the basic amenities, cheerful staff. Highly recommend if you’re on a budget and looking for a clean nice place to stay. (There’s no view of the river, though. Right by the highway.)

Great value, a good find!

Took a quick family trip to Niagara Falls. During my pre-trip research, I came across this hotel and was impressed by the fact that they had a "family room," which had 3 beds (2 queen, 1 twin). I checked the price, which was very reasonable, considering how close it is to the falls.  I couldn't have been happier with it! Located just one block from I90, it sits on a corner lot and is quiet and cozy. The room size was great! Even with 3 beds and a desk, plus a mini fridge, there was still plenty of room to move around! If I had to find any fault, it would be that there was no complimentary breakfast, as advertised, because of covid; as well, I saw a few small ants in the bathroom. If you're looking for a pool, don't stay here. Overall, I was pleased. I would stay there again, as well as recommend it! If you're taking your kids, ask for a family room.
