No covers on the outlets, no sheets, one blanket 2 pillows peeling tub , did have updated floors . Bed had walmart  frame , lots of traffic noise, holes in bottom sheet , no top sheet ,no coverlet  . Bring your own sheets and lysol! Guess its a no tell motel now

Refrigerator, microwave, tv, internet, and very nice king bed, excellent for a low budget place!
We enjoyed a matress with memory foam, very comfortable!
Excellent location, quiet and the same time is near to the commercial areas.

Very good place for low budget

This hotel is a older hotel. Room was clean, water was hot, internet worked great. No ice machine. But they did give us ice when we asked. No coffee maker in the room, but coffee was available in the office. We got a good nights sleep and was able to do what we wanted at the Falls.

Worst hotel & cheating guys.. completely looking for a money, not the customers. Dont look to book or suggest this to the friends.. it might be near to niagara, but look for some better hotels.. dont ever trust them

My husband and I had a smoking room that is in desperate need of updating.  It was fairly clean, but minimal.  There were a total of 2 pillows; no extras, there was a little round table with 2 chairs, a three drawer dresser, a TV, microwave and refrigerator/freezer.  There was a closet that had a smell to it.  The shower stall did not drain very well.  By the time I was done my shower, my feet were pretty much completely submerged in water.  No coffee pot in the room, no pen and paper, no box of tissues.  They did have shampoo and soap.  OH, we also had only one washcloth the first night!!  I went to the lobby in search of coffee and the owner was waiting for someone to ask for it before she brewed any.  It was your basic household 12 cup Mr. Coffee type, I waited and chatted with her while the coffee was brewing.  She brought out store bought mini muffins, juice boxes, and bananas.  The owner was very friendly and helpful.  We asked the chamber maid if there was a bar within walking distance and she said she didn't know because she didn't drink.  Well, there's literally a bar RIGHT NEXT DOOR!!  The screen door to our room did not look like it would keep anyone out.  There were no lamps, just a single overhead light.  There were no curtains, only blinds which we hoped kept us private!!  My husband washed his hands in the bathroom and said it sounded like it was running underneath and sure enough there was a bucket catching drips.  It advertised wifi, but we couldn't get it to show up as an option, but we never asked either.

Good enough to sleep and shower

One of our 2 beds was lop-sided, ice machine broken - gave us a baggie of what appeared to be refrigerator ice that smelled like garlic, lobby very messy and untidy, no coffee offered, I booked through booking.com and my rate was about $10-15 higher than what people got that walked in off the street, not worth $60/night.

Clean but that's about all

Very conveniently located at Buffalo Avenue and charging a very reasonable price, this unfortunately is a rundown place that needs some serious work to bring it to a basic standard. Bathroom was OK though, but the place was not clean, outdated, has a smokers odor in the room (even though it was a no smoking room) and we were in doubt if the bedlinen was fresh or already used. Not recommended
