Location: An alright inn with a good location. Just mins away on foot from the falls but not on the main road where all the activities are. Good in a way cos it's quiet. However, too quiet.
Parking is free. 
Rooms: are pretty small and old. Definitely needs some updating.
Staff: are not friendly at all. But they did fix the choked toilet bowl almost immediately when we told them about it. 
View: Shared balcony with a carpark view. We are lucky to have neighbors dancing in the carpark and that was good entertainment given the quiet area.
Cleanliness: average. Could be better.
This would be the last time I am staying here unless the staff improve their attitude and there are some updates to the inn.



Unfriendly staff but good location

The better time is over and this place urgently need to repair (little invest to bathroom etc.) and deep clean (carpets were realy ugly). Stuff ok. Breadfast (it was our first u.s. breakfast) was no to good, but not so bad - coffee and donuts. But it's on good place.

Shouldn't even be on your list of hotels.  One of the worst places we've ever stayed.  We rented two rooms and one of them the toilet wouldn't flush and water came to the top of the toilet.  The tub wouldn't drain and you showered in 6" of water.  Went to the office about toilet and they handed us a plunger and said they'd been having plumbing issues at that end of rooms yet that's what they gave us and the place was empty.  You showed them as a 4 star.  Very confused; we trusted your ratings.  Do you check these places out yourself?  You should if you're going to provide ratings.

Nasty

Our plan was to stay in Niagara Falls for one night. We were getting in late and planned on getting up early to see the falls, so we really just needed a pet friendly place for a couple hours to crash. After pulling into the run down parking lot, we were checked in by a rude employee who seemed bothered that we arrived at 10:30 at night. As we made our way to the room I notice the door and particularly the handle was swarming with bugs. The room did not get any better from there, bugs inside the room along with what I would assume was previous guests items, one towel, double beds instead of the king we booked and one bar of soap. After trying to get settle while touching as little as possible, we needed to take our dog out before she could go to bed. When outside we noticed a man stumble off a bus and clumsily walk his way into the parking lot. He next decided to pee on the run down area next to the entrance. We were on the other side of the parking lot and stayed away assuming he'd make his way down the road. Unfortunately that wasn't the case, the man proceeded to walk into the office and didn't come back out while we were watching which we could only assume meant that he worked at the hotel. This was the grossest place I have ever stayed by far. Thankfully we had a blanket in the car and slept in our clothes to avoid touching any of the bedding. Had we not needed a place for more than eight hours we would have left. Do yourself a favor stay at any other place, the Motel 6 was nice and has no pet fee, its completely worth the extra $25-30. I wish we had read some these previous reviews they mirror our experience fairly closely. We've thought about contacting someone like the board of health it was so bad. Please stay away.

STAY AWAY

Would not stay in this bedbug lice infested place.  Pre booked from Oakville and checked out the rooms before checking in.  Said they were not suitable for human or animals.  Clerk charged for two nights when he said he would not and we didn't even stay there.  You will bring home some health problems if you stay at this place.  Absolutely disgusting.  Pictures are deceiving this place is a dump and looks nothing like the pictures posted.
