Horrendous.   I’d describe this place as a homeless shelter if they didnt charge the prices they do 
 
24 hours travel arrived at filthy room to find on the ground floor windows wide open with fly guard pushed off window into floor.   Looked like someone had tried to gain entry.  
Asked for another secure room to be told ‘we can just put something against the window to secure it outside’ if not we will refund you. As I’ve no other rooms

No rooms I left 3 minutes after entering.   Horrible avoid

The staff is so very sweet and kind I wanted to be apart of their team I asked for a job . The rooms are a excellent value and clean 
I felt so at home and safe . I would stay again .I like how they run this hotel iit made me want one of my own .

Love this hotel

This hotel is horrendous. The hotel itself is great, but the staff that works in the morning at the desk, he is the rudest human being I have ever met in my life. He only gives towels every two days and when asked for them he gets an attitude. He is always complaing about trash being left for him to take out. The bath tubs are ALWAYS disgusting. Trash is always in the parking lot in the mornings. When I asked him to speak to management about my complaints I was told by him he was the manager and if I didn't leave he would have the North Canton Police Department called on me

Horrible service would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone

Stayed one night. Was supposed to be there for two weeks.  Due to unforseen circumstances had to cancle rest of trip. They charged me for the full two weeks and are now giving me the run around on refunding days not used. No communication from management at all. 

Would not recommend staying if there is a possible change in itinerary.

We stayed here for two nights and left happy :)

The first night cost us $55.00 as we booked it through Airbnb, but the second night cost $45.35. 

The apartment is spacious, comfortable and reasonably clean. 

Kitchen is reasonably well equipped too. 

Would definitely stay again!

Great value for money 

Great place to stay. Have been living here for a little over a year. The rooms are clean, the staff and manager (Steph) are great!!! Its in a very good neighborhood and many places to eat and attractions to visit....the Football Hall of Fame is 3 or 4 miles away!!! The rooms are clean, doors are secure after 7 o'clock. If you are worried about no one at the desk after 7 the manager lives on site!!!

The staff was very friendly & helpful. The room was clean & comfortable. Wifi was excellent. It felt like it was my 'home away from home'. Located within easy access to everyplace I needed to go in North Canton. I would enjoy staying there again, and would recommend M Star to family, friends, & acquaintances.

Pegasus

Bed linen did not smell fresh, mold in Bathroom, exposed wall in bathroom where tile should have been. Fan was very noisy when turned on to vent shower steam. Shower head too short, at 5'7" I had to duck. Water accumulated on shelf, very wet. Did not realize desk was not manned after 7, they were available by calling a number. There was no one available at front desk until 9:30 am, had to call to ask where to leave the key. They took way too much info on guests, not sure why they need to take pictures of driver's licenses, seems like overkill. The place is no frills, only stayed overnight, could not really recommend and $72 per night, you would do better spending a couple of extra $$ and stay closer to the interstate

Sleep Elsewhere.

The staff was friendly. The building is secure and in a hood part of town. There's banks, churches and restaurants near by. Peaks park is near by ducks, playground and pokestops. Close to the football hall of fame. Check in was 7pm and check out 11am. The room was large and had clean beds. Cable TV, hot plate, microwave, fridge, laundry, ice machine. But you can tell this place is old its nothing fancy but good for the price. I could tell that the bathroom was not cleaned well or at all. It smelled of bleach but there was still hair and soap in the tub, spots on the floor and hair on the sink. Get resvp threw airbnb for the nest price.
