Last minute hotel need and he was SO nice and accommodating! Friendly, caring people-person. If we lived there we could be good friends! He wants you and your family to be happy and will do what he can to help. His food recommendation was spot on and we went for dinner and back for breakfast.

Big room, great views!

The Sapphire Inn, is a hidden "gem", haha! From the time we arrived until the time we left, this stay was all we could have wanted and more. The staff is the best around and are attentive to a guests every need. Cheaper than the standard chain hopes but just as clean and worth the stay. I look forward to coming again to stay at Sapphire Inn

Surprisngly Great

Excellent stay when my car broke down near Franklin. Was hesitant to stay, but found the rooms to be clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Would definitely stay again if in the area. Thanks for the hospitality. 

Quick Stop Overnight

I am always satisfied staying here. I pick this location every time I need to stay in Franklin. Always clean and good friendly customer service .  When something came up, they did everything you could to get it right as quickly as possible

Hotel stay

This hotel was comfortable for a couple nights. It was very clean. It was pet friendly. Walking distance to several restaurants. Wi-Fi available. Comfortable beds. Coffee available in the lobby. It was very reasonably priced.

Comfortable little hotel

I came into town to gem mine for the weekend. Most of the hotels were $100 or more. I found this place for almost half that price. I wasn’t expecting much because of the price but was very pleasantly surprised. Clean room, no bugs, which is a deal breaker for me, beds were ok. Mexican restaurant across the street. You can do a load of laundry for $4.00. I happened to bring my laundry with me. 10 min away from a bunch of mines. I had a great weekend and plan on going back to do it again. Although I didn’t bring my dogs they are also pet friendly. Wish I had brought them.

Great last minute place with great rates.

I stayed here as my original choice was far too expensive because it was Labor Day Weekend.
This location gave me a good price as there was a couple of problems in the room but nothing that was a major issue for me. The room was very clean and the office staff was very friendly. The other customers that I spoke with were also very friendly. All rooms are non smoking.

Nice Place and Good Location

I would stay here again, they have remodeled the rooms, parking is a little tight but all was good and work out. Rooms were clean and neat, office had a funny smell to it that was kind of yucky but, very friendly staff.

Overnight stay

Clean rooms, fridges,easy parking, nice people. The rooms in the upper floor have a view of the hill tops. The lower ones are of course closer to the parking area. The people are super friendly. When we were there they were planting spring and summer flowers.

Great location to town and places to eat.

We stayed here twice as we were hiking the AT in some tough weather,  Simmy and her staff were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and willing to help us.  The place is undergoing a remodel, but the rooms were very clean, warm and comfortable.  There was no noise and we enjoyed our stay. Recommended to any and all hikers.
