If I could have rated it zero starts I would because giving it 1 star is giving them too much credit. I was traveling from Alabama to Virginia. After driving 11 hours I seen this hotel in a good location. I stopped and asked for a room. He acted like he was inconvenienced to stop playing his video game to come to the window and talk to me. I asked if he had a room, he said “yeah” I said okay, great! He told me the price (judging by the other reviews it was over priced) he said “No dogs” I said I do have a service dog. He didn’t ask what for or anything. He said “I said no dogs” I said “you can’t legally turn down a service dog” he said “show me proof” I looked at him, honestly surprised, because he obviously doesn’t know that it’s NOT LEGAL to ask… but I was exhausted and preceded to pull up my card and other proof. He said “no I want real proof! Not that fake s*hit on your phone” I said I’m traveling and this is all I have with me! He said “get out! No dogs!” I’m glad this happened because it looks like I dodged a bullet anyways. I ended up staying at the Fairfield a couple exits down for the same price(me and my “dog)

Worst experience!

The worker was absolutely the rudest person ive ever met. I have a service dog for my seizures and he rejected him. He would not let my service dog come in whatsoever, even after seeing papers. Which is illegal. They need to read there ADA laws.

Do not ever stay here. Go right on down to the next hotel.

This place is simply a nightmare. Can't describe how dirty this is, how bad is the service, how the owners just don't care.
I did not even feel safe while there.
Everything was disgusting: the stink, the spots, the dirty walls and doors, floor...I really hope to forget this soon. Places like this should disappear.

Like a horror movie

Roaches, tv cabinet falling apart, toilet was wobbly, carpet so dirty that we wouldn't walk on it with bare feet. The bedskirts were nasty and stained. Bathroom fixtures corroded and hot water in shower would not turn off; dripped all night. Room smelled dirty and musty. 
Was so exhausted after 12 hour drive, could not go anywhere else. Will sleep in vehicle before I stay there again

Without a doubt, the nastiest place ever

This place had a room for me that had a terrible funk. I had to use my febreeze which masked it for a minute. A smell of someone that hadn't been bathing for a long time. The room was paid for in advance for a few days and every day they came knocking on my door asking if I was leaving. The last morning I was there the guy in the office said I want you checked out BEFORE 11. The room decor belonged in the garbage. Very nasty experience. DO NOT EVER STAY HERE!

Unbelievable rude owners

Arrived last night.booked room for 2 night.first room we got.was filthy..room was way it was left from previous gueat.had to be given a different room.wothout Dame accomidations.went downstairs for breakfast and coffee as promised.they said no coffee or breakfast? Really upset and disappointed..not worth what we were charged.suppose to get proper room today.. but.wipl complain to corporate if there is one

Really angry guest

Worst hotel experience. Bed and pillkos were rock hard, ac did not work, there were no towels in the room, the room reaked of smoke even though it was a non smoking room, and there were cigarette burns on the sheets. When i addressed the issues with the manager she told me " If i wanted Hoiday Inn accommodations I should have stayed at Holiday Inn."
