My friend and I had a room booked at the local Holiday Inn. Once we heard there was a Red Carpet Inn in town, we canceled and ate the security deposit just to have the opportunity, nay, the privilege of staying at the Red Carpet Inn. 
It’s no understatement to say we were treated like celebrities upon arrival. The nice man behind the counter even asked for my autograph on a small piece of paper after I swiped my credit card. It really felt like we were being swarmed with paparazzi which tuckered us out so we made our way to our room. 
Upon entering, it was like I had just entered into a movie. The smell of cigarette smoke and the sound of domestic violence elsewhere in the hotel was the perfect touch of immersion to add to the red carpet experience. Move over universal studios, there’s a new player in town. They even included a piece of chocolate on our pillows! 
We must have booked the extra immersion package because I felt like one of the kidnapped children from black phone. The cigarette holes and yellow stains on the sheets had me crying for mommy but the dead bugs on the windowsill kept me company. 
Everyone knows celebrities only take cold showers so that they’re alert and ready to act and the Red Carpet Inn did not disappoint with the lack of any hot water I truly felt like I was ready for the spotlight.
After listening to a motorcycle (presumably Nick Cage) circle around in the parking lot all night, we awoke to sample the free continental breakfast which consisted of a dirty coffee pot that was about a quarter full and a single brown banana. Hollywood Is very picky when it comes to waistlines and figures so this all made sense.
Upon pulling away I was sad that my red carpet experience was over but the many potholes in the parking lot jarred me awake enough to get over my sorrow and look back one last time as the sun rose over the extravagant Red Carpet Inn.

I Felt Like A Celebrity

Do not stay here. Walked into my room. Smelled and looked like a drug house. Went to get a refund and the whatever she was at the front desk was rude. Terrible place. Worse I’ve ever seen and I’ve seen a lot. Wont stay at another red carpet inn. This place would get a negative rating but it wouldn’t to let me.

Nasty

The room was clean, beds were nice but the bathroom had a funky odor.  We couldn't decide if it was from the fan in the ceiling or the water.  The room needed some fresh paint on the ceiling (it was chipping) and in the bathroom.  Our tv was older than our kids and we only got about 5 channels, but they had HBO.  Some of the other rooms were open and my family checked them out and they appeared to be much nicer and had new flat screen tv's.  The breakfast is packaged honey buns, bananas, yogurt, juice and coffee.  Nothing fancy, but enough to eat.  My only real complaint - they allow pets which is a bonus for those traveling with them, but they need to keep in mind of putting the people with pets away from the guests without them.  Both mornings we woke up very early to a very large dog barking.  Very annoying!  Overall, I would for sure stay here again and would be asking for a newer room and hope the funky smell was gone and had a newer tv with more viewing options.

Clean & Cheap

I was tired and ready to find a place.  Stopped at Red Carpet INN, and was met by owner operator.  Accepted my military discount, VERY FRIENDLY and ensured if I needed food, he would make sure it was delivered to my room.  I would highly recommend if only for the FRIENDLY manager plus for the $$ very nice

Was on the Road driving to Texas

very clean, comfy room.  great bed and pillows.  best towels I've ever found at any motel, very large and soft, not small and scratchy like most places!  staff extremely friendly and helpful.  very concerned about customers wants and needs.  not super fancy but very comfortable pleasant stay.  I will definitely be staying here again!  price was reasonable for great service here.

nothing fancy, just great stay

The inn is an old building that is receiving renovations slowly. But the bed was very comfortable and all bedding and towels were clean and white. The owners have taken pride in keeping the room clean and providing basic necessities and a continental breakfast. The bed was very comfortable. Had a great night's rest.

Clean Room

This was an great place to stop on my road trip; easy access from the interstate plus very close to the lake for a nice side trip. The owner/operator was very accommodating and friendly. The room was large and the bed very comfortable.

Great stay

This hotel is undergoing drastic changes.  The new owner took over the hotel less than a year ago and is working tirelessly to upgrade everything.  Right now it is clean with great beds and bathroom amenities.  Has everything you need for a very low price.  We will definitely stay here again whenever we are in the area.  Looking forward to seeing the new improvements.  The owner is very welcoming and accommodating.
