So I booked for 2 months Jan Feb, the unit does not have a washer and dryer but this did not bother me as there are washers in the same building, boy was I wrong, washer and dryer are out of commission and no one knows when they will be fixed very annoying, also the washrooms next to the pool are also "out of order" pretty sad situation when you use the pool and need washroom wonder where the kids go??? You basically have to go outside and use the ones in next building.

Need to get better contractors 

great location, great amenities - would definitely stay there again. The views are amazing. the choice of so many swimming pools was wonderful. Wish they had a few more handicap spaces. Parking was free as well which was a nice benefit. Well maintained.

GREAT Experience

Our room was perfect, however, I believe all rooms are individually owned so I made sure to request one that was updated and not near an elevator. There were plenty of amenities and food options here so that you didn’t have to leave unless you wanted to but there are good choices nearby as well. I love that there is a parking deck and motorcycles are allowed to use it too. Big vehicles will find it a little tight but it’s better than most I’ve seen. Security was out and about keeping everyone safe and housekeeping was keeping the hallways and other common areas clean. Overall it was a great experience. This was our third trip here and we will be back again!

Great fall trip

We were shocked at the condition of our condo, which was just a hotel room in reality.  Room 1901, in tower 1. The blinds were broken and couldn't be closed.  Maintenance brought an old blanket and rusty clamps and put it up over the sliding door!  The bi-fold doors on the closet were broken and the closet could not be used!  The bed had been listed as a Queen, but it was just a double bed and very uncomfortable. The condo was listed as "ocean front" but it was not!  It was ocean view. The bathroom was clean,but the rest was not.  Kitchen sink was dirty, furniture was dusty. 

Not what we expected!

This “resort” is a nightmare. Codes don’t work on outside doors for security. Eventually we figured out the door to tower 3 doesn’t even lock. Staff is rude and just stare at you if you are in the way. Walking to our condo was terrifying. Everything was dirty and outdated. Sketchy neighborhood. I did not feel safe going to garage alone. Water was covering the floor by our door because of a broken ice maker. We stayed in  room #432 in the 3rd tower was ok. They did have a beautiful view. Fresh paint but they splattered paint on wood trim. Piece of new flooring were in the master bedroom only closet. Master bathroom had a outdated gross toilet seat. It was moldy in the tub. Couches and chairs were so dirty I scrubbed them (you’re welcome).  Guest bedroom was two queen beds and thrift store furniture packed into the room. Bathrooms were in need of updates. Kitchen had new appliances (thank God…. I can’t imagine what they had looked like!). TV room is small and needs a deep clean like the entire resort does. Pool and lazy river were closed for a day and a half due to someone launching a glass from a top balcony into the lazy river. Master bed was comfortable but was really dirty behind the bed. I mopped and scrubbed every room before using them. We left early due to the threat from hurricane Idalia. I refused to “possibly” get stuck in that dump with some of those people and useless staff.  The security officer was the only decent person who works there. He told us how to get our bands, after kicking us out of the pool. Chris from Eagle reality had someone promptly drop them off. Baywatch is in need of a major update.

Yuck… this is old and am I going to get mugged?

Clean, plenty of parking,  helpful maintenance and cleaning staffs,  many indoor and outdoor  amenities,  oceanfront,  beautiful views from private balcony,  and rinse off stations as you come off of Beach.  We stayed in unit 0814 a deluxe 2 queen beds bedroom.  Unit is showing age  but had washer and dryer and dishwasher.  Also had jetted tub but we didn't use. Front desk had towels and toilet paper! We'll probably visit again. 

Oceanfront,  lots of pool amenities,  and clean!

We booked 5 nights starting Labor Day. From check-in to check-out we never had an issue. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Unit was well stocked with coffee, creamer, dishwashing supplies, paper products, and bathroom toiletries.  If more was needed, the front desk had it. Also the unit had recently been updated. One thing we would change is entrance into unit which is into bedroom. Made it a little difficult if one wanted to sleep and the other head out early. Although we didn’t utilize, the pool areas were very nice and looked well maintained. Only reason not 5 stars is buildings are older and need a bit of refreshing. Also the parking garage is huge (7 levels) but only has one elevator. Little things that didn’t keep us from having a wonderful time and would definitely recommend to our friends

Wonderful!

The fact that this place is on the ocean was really the best part of our stay. 
People were smoking in the pool area as well as on the balcony around unit 917 that we rented. When we complained at front desk we were told there was nothing they could do about as the unit wasn’t owned by them. 
After being on the property for 7 days they started walking around pool area looking for yellow wrist bands that were given to us that check but not told we were to wear them. The worker came up to us rudely asking to see ours,not sure why he picked us when we could clearly see others weren’t wearing the bands. 
Also, too many unattended kids. The pools weren’t clean as kids  walk off beach and don’t rinse. 
Unit 917 needs to be deep cleaned. The beds in unit need replacing. The washer/dryer need  replacing as well.

Wouldn’t Stay here again

We arrived for our check in to be told our room was not ready. We waited for two hours PAST check in to finally be sent up to a room still being cleaned by the cleaning staff. 30 minutes after standing in the heat we were allowed into the room itself. The doors we’re hanging Goff the hinges, the chairs were broken and disgusting. The pull out sofa did not work. Once it was able to pull halfway out there was mold and urine stains all over the mattress. We were told they would comp some off of our Tom which never happened. STAY AWAY from this place!

Worst

We vacationed with a group of friends.  My husband and I stayed in Room 0201 which was nice, comfy beds, clean, no complaints about room.  Resort itself is very outdated.  Horrible smell on 1st floor in Tower 1 where indoor lazy river is located. Mix of chlorine and septic smell. Unfortunately, that's the first thing I noticed upon arrival. Front desk staff were friendly.  Pools are ok. Seemed awfully cloudy. Beach is nice and close but always very packed.  We had an enjoyable time but resort definitely needs some upgrading and the smell on the main floor is a turn off.
