The room was nicely furnished and comfortable. Easy access to pool and beach. Check in is supposed to be  at 4:00, which is later than most, but we were not allowed in our room until 530 pm. This mades it hard and inconvenient as we had reservations at a restaurant at 530 and sat on a curb for over 90 minutes with all our belongings waiting. Upon check out a week later we get a call at 10:03 telling us check out was at 10 am sharp and we would need to do so.  Just thinking for the money we paid to rent a little consideration... Nothing more ... on their part would have been nice.. with that set aside the actual condo was enjoyable.

Room 308 is nicely remodeled with granite and stainless-steel appliances. On the third floor. Grounds are well kept, and grounds crew is out early every morning sprucing things up.
We had stayed next door a couple years ago and opted for a condo this time.  The condo owner of 308 also left items for use such as cooler, beach chairs and even buckets of kid's toys. Kitchen had everything you could need and a Keurig also. Safe is an old fashion key type safe so you have to take the key with you. Door lock and dead bolt on 308 reminds me of a hotel while other units had newer combination electronic locks. 
  Building elevator went down for a day and had to use the stairs. Many restaurants within walking distance and grocery stores Winn Dixey and Publics nearby if you need food for the fridge. 
  Will stay there again.

When we arrived - the place smelled terribly like musty cigarettes - I had to go purchase candles, room and fabric spray to attempt to cover the smell. The walls and doors were filthy  with hand prints and smudges. The cupboard doors were sticky and dirty. The dishes in the cupboards were dirty (glasses actually had weeds in them). All vents were caked with dust in addition to the dressers and headboards.  Walls had streaks from water/moisture (??) coming from vents. The elevator "ding" was ridiculously loud right outside to entrance and 2 bedrooms - completely disrupting my children's sleep.
The view was great however.

Filthy place - #412 (but the view is great)

We rented unit 206 in this building from TEEMING VACATIONS and when we arrived, the place was trashed! It was never cleaned between the previous renters and our group.  Beds all unmade,  dirty towels on every floor.  Food covered counters.  Filthy floors.  Gross!  And all after a long day of traveling.  We called the after hours number no less than 15 times and never got a single call back.  One friend got one text asking how bad it is.  Unreal.  We sent pictures and zero response.  We literally had to strip and wash the sheets in order to sleep there and what a stress to wake up the next day to a still filthy condo.  I’ve never experienced anything like this.  The next day it was cleaned and it took her 3.5 hours so we were not allowed to use the condo for half the next day.  NO APOLOGY FROM TEEMING VACATIONS.  No credit for our trouble.  ZERO INTEGRITY!  WILL
NEVER RENT FROM THIS GROUP AGAIN!

RENTER BEWARE!

The Ram Sea has put up some signs for people to wear masks in the elevators and “recommended” social distancing. Occupants have mainly not followed the signs or current mask ordinance with no consequence. I contacted management to see if there was anything they could do with no response. I’ve tried to mainly take the stairs but with staying in the 6th floor it can be difficult with groceries, etc. People will not wait a turn (15min) to separate in the hot tub and will sit right next to you at the pool even though there are other spaces. There’s no staff available to help. It’s too bad management doesn’t care to even give an answer. They should care more about the the people that work here or staying here.

Disappointing Social Distancing

We're seasoned beach vacationers and always prefer to stay in a beach front condo with an ocean facing balcony. Walking the beach and sitting on a quiet balcony to watch and hear the ocean is the heart of our blissful vacation joy. We aren't retired, so these are treasured vacations are our few relaxing getaways. Ram Sea was a decent place - the beach is the star - really excellent beach.

Pro's: Our unit was nice, updated, clean. Balcony was good with privacy on the sides - good deck furniture. Full washer/dryer in the unit. Grounds are kept nicely. Excellent office management - on site. Several breakfast and dinner places walkable. Easy to Uber to locations further away.

Con's: Sparse "starter" supplies - 1 single handy wipe, kitchen towel, garbage bag, some toilet paper and tiny soap bars. That's it. There's no dish or laundry soap, paper towel, spices (salt, pepper) or paper plates, baggies etc. usually left by others, and NO blow dryer or beach towels. Beds were very not comfortable. Smoking is allowed on balconies - an occasional cigar no big deal, but we had a constant smoker under us (on rainy days, we could smell it in our bathroom vent - jerk). The grounds are tight - the grill area is real close to the balconies. Grilling goes on morning through past dark. Your balcony will be filled with smoking food smells and lots of hollering back and forth from the grillers to their families on the balconies ("hey, how many more do we need!!!??"). The pool (which sits below most of the units) has very bright spotlights 24x7 - shining up into the balconies (even up on the 5th floor). Most Florida beach areas make it dark at night for wild life. The spotlights not only ruin the peaceful nighttime balcony experience, but there are no room darkening window coverings, so it also lights the master bedroom up at night.

All in all, Ram Sea is a nice place. Seems more suited to families and budget conscious travelers, than couples looking for a peaceful getaway.

Nice unit, great beach location, seems better for families than vacationing couples

We stayed in Unit 614 over Easter Week.  The unit is in dire need of upgrading and general maintenance.  The outdoor furniture was new but the furniture in the main living areas need replacing.

Overall, we would stay there in a different unit again if the pool heater was fixed and used.  Although we didn't complain, everyone staying there was commenting that the pool was too cold to enjoy.

Nice Property but could use some Maintenance

If you are looking for a condo to rent that has lots of space this would be a great choice for you.  3 bedrooms, 2 baths.  Sits right on the ocean.  Wonderful views.  A balcony to sit and watch the ocean.  In ground pool and a couple of tiki huts that offers shade.  Restaurants within walking distance.

Clean and right on the beach

We stayed in this condo years ago and we thought it needed a lot of updating.  Since then, it has been updated and it is beautiful.  It is clean, has updated furniture and fixtures, and a generous amount of beach supplies left by the owner for our use.  Our family stayed in this condo in August of 2017 and August of 2018, each for a week.  Both years we have had no complaints.  This condo has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and is on the top floor.  The balcony overlooks the beautiful beach and extends out farther than some of the other condos.  Because of this extension, you have balcony views straight ahead and on one side.  Some of the other condos have balcony views only straight ahead with walls on each side.  Having an open side on the balcony allows for better views, air flow, and breezes, making sitting on the balcony relaxing and cool and comfortable.  Previous pictures I have posted show the open side view, which looks north towards the Redington Beach Fishing Pier.  We spend a lot of time sitting on the balcony so the open views are important to us, which is why we love this condo.  The sunsets are beautiful and looking at the moon and stars at night are awesome.  This year we saw a manatee swimming by a few times.  In the past we have seen dolphins.  This condo comes with a washer and dryer.  It did not have a hair dryer so bring one with you if you need that.  A newspaper is delivered to your door each morning.  The Redington Beach Fishing Pier is now closed unfortunately and may not reopen.  If you need anything, ask the front desk personnel.  They are real helpful.  The pool and jacuzzi are always very clean, as are the surrounding areas.  Next door on the beach you can rent jet skis and kayaks.  For this condo, they give you two parking passes to park on the premises.  The speed limit up and down Gulf Blvd. is 35 mph.  The police heavily enforce that speed.  We saw quite a few people get pulled over for speeding.  About 4 miles inland from the Ram Sea is a Walmart Supercenter and their liquor store.  Closer to the Ram Sea are Winn Dixie and Publix supermarkets, CVS, and Walgreens.  About 4 miles south from the Ram Sea on Gulf Blvd. is John's Pass Village and Boardwalk which has restaurants, live music, lots of shops, fishing, tours, and boat rentals.  You have to park at meters there or in their parking garage.  A mile away to the south of the Ram Sea is a restaurant called Conch Republic Grill.  It has good food.  There is a trolley that goes up and down Gulf Blvd. in case you wanted to see other places on the beach but didn't want to drive a car.  The Ram Sea property is beautiful and well maintained as is condo 503.  We will definitely be staying here again!

Condo 503 - Ram Sea - North Redington Beach - Beautiful Condo and Property!

We just had our 6th visit to Ram-Sea and constantly remain impressed at the outstanding accommodations offered here at a reasonable price. The minute you walk through the door, the staff makes you feel like family welcoming you home. Pam and the entire staff are just wonderful people. The accommodations are always spotless, well equipped, comfortable and quiet. The location is awesome with the amenities of the DoubleTree next door for dining and drinking and the entertainment center of John's Pass (like a boardwalk) is just about 4 miles to the south. We look forward to returning many times in the future.
