Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beds are firm, very clean, no coffee pot in room. Owners friendly and accommodating. It is obvious someone put a lot of work and love bringing this place back to life. Local bakery nearby has great coffee and doughnuts.

We looked on tripadvisor and the reviews were pretty good.  It is right in town.  Looked a bit dated. The owner showed us a room.  It was clean, neat but dated.  No problem with that.  The price was right.  Room had a couch and an older tv which worked fine.  No breakfast.  However, a cute little donut shop just down the street worked fine.

Motel is a little off the beaten path, but rooms were clean and neat. Motel owner was more than accommodating for our needs. I accidentally left a small bag in the room and didn’t notice until we were way down the road and the owner mailed it to me. Great customer service! TV was small and bed was not the most comfortable for me, but this room was well worth the price. P.S. I loved the chair in the room!

We were on a road trip and had intended to camp, but with severe storm and tornado watches and heavy rain,  we decided to find a reasonably priced motel. And we did. This is certainly no frills  (but we're campers so that suits us fine), but it was very clean with very comfortable beds  and plenty of HOT  water. Plus the staff was very helpful. We highly recommend if simplicity, good accommodations and economical price are what you are looking for.

We stayed in this disgusting place last week - I asked for a non smoking room and got this Nasty Cigarettes smelling room - think it was room 29 - was late and we were so tired for a long drive - so didn't complain - then in the am the shower didn't work at all - it was early - went to return key and complain - owner was asleep and wouldn't answer the bell --STAY away yo get what you pay for!!
