nice location-unit could use a little remodel but was clean and comfortable-from the 3rd floor we had a view of the ocean from our balcony- easy to park

golf vacation

The resort was clean and well maintained.  It was very enjoyable. The unit was spacious, and the appliances were up to date.  It was located in an area that was well accessible to food and Entertaiment. 

Oceantime review

The unit was clean, updated, spacious, and a great location. We were disappointed in the lack of maintenance.the bedroom TV never worked, and even though we notified them twice, no one ever came to look at it.

Nice place on the beach!

The office staff has excellent customer service. The unit was nice and clean. The beds were clean, but a little uncomfortable. The quality of the mattresses could be upgraded. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Clean Unit

Having to pay a $90.00 Management Fee- I expected higher standards.
I don't know what the Paradise Mang. manages.
The coffee pot warming plate was corroded, toaster was dirty (old), hand mixer was broken that you could see the mechanical working parts inside.- these things should have been replaced - a quick fix with little $$. Silverware was dirty( food on). Apparently the maintenance fees for the owners are low $-$$ - I can see why nothing is  maintained.

Unmanaged Resort

Have stayed here before but not this unit.  Enjoy having non bunk beds in rooms. Love that has 2 bathrooms. Nice size unit. Short walk to beach.  Lots of good restaurants to enjoy.  Also love beach its quite end of beach.

quick getaway

This place discriminates against  the handicaped
I was charged an $150 for a service dog. That is clearly a violation of ADA rules. Deb at the front desk needs some training on dealing with the plubic.

Discrimination

Arrived in our unit 306..Last year dishwasher loaded with stagnant water(broken). This year Furnace filter clogged with dirt(gave us new one).Insinkerator broken,smell from all stuff inside..Shower knobs in hall bathroom broken , thus no running water,no shower. Lamp in front bedroom broken. Hair dryer in hall bath,broken. Stink in bathroom of Master..Light under microwave broken.Just A MESS..We are not coming to this 306,our unit ever again. RCI can have it.....This past summer week 31 our other unit, housekeeping did not change bedding , front bedroom.Hopped in sand on shets UGH !!

We are owners and this place has gone downhill, many things need repair..Just terrible

There was a party in room 303 but not a people's party - bed bugs crawling everywhere. I cannot believe the condition of the place and how a cleaning crew missed all that. Calling for help late at night after our discovery, the first response from customer service is sorry we can help you. What a nightmare. The first response needs to be, let's see how we can correct this immediately. They finally moved us to another available unit, which needs to have been an immediate action, not after urgent begging for a solution. Really ruined the start of a much needed vacation.

Bed bug infestation

Within steps to the beach and close to all this all 2 bedroom suite resort is perfect for your stay in North Ocean city. Huge units with all thats needed just bring your laptop. fenwick island a stone throws awawy. Third stay and will go again!!!!!!!
