the good things ....had a great time with my wife and son romm was just what we payed for small , wewent up to the balcony. to sit and watchpeople walk by and talk i sat in one of their chairs  and btoke from under me i feel back cracked my head open  we told the manager. they didn't have a care in the world and said they wasn't responsible. and they had no insurance.  to cover my hospital bill looks like i have to take them to court to get them to pay the bill

had a good time till i fell

My brother and I stayed for three nights during high season and hot temperatures. The room was small, but clean. It had a cold air conditioner, hot shower and comfortable bed. The location was great for walking to the beach and boardwalk. Staff was very freindly. Just note there is no ice machine but you can purchase ice at the convenience store across the parking lot.  

Good Location, Clean, Friendly Staff

We stayed 1 night. 2 adults 2 kids. Room was small but clean. Bathroom was clean. Had fridge. Very close to the board walk.  Freindly housekeeping staff. Only neg was wanted to do check out 1 hr later and they sd 40 bucks.

Small but cheap.

Very dirty,very small,the air conditioner looked like it was gona fall out of the window,mold in the shower,pubic hair stuck to the toiletseat lid,and that's not the worst part,they charged us 209.00 for the first night and 460.00 for the second night,this place isn't worth that,you can get a boardwalk room with a private porch for way less than that a Night and it's a much bigger cleaner room, will never stay there again

Very poor

The only good thing about this place was…… nothing. Ok maybe the location. The pictures are deceiving. The rooms are disgusting. The staff spoke little English and seemed to be disorganized. 1 out of 10 would never recommend!!! Don’t  do it !

Gross

Very small room. It was comprised of a double bed, night stand, dresser, mini fridge and a small side chair. Room was dark and a bit musty, but you’re on the beach so not surprised by the humidity. Our room was very clean. Stacy was our housekeeper and she was very attentive and cared about our stay. Desk staff was courteous and efficient. The motel is old. Needs updating. It was the least expensive room in town (by a lot) so don’t expect too much. There is a nice little restaurant next door that has a great breakfast and super staff.

Budget motel

Pictures are very deceiving! The room was disgusting! Sheets stained, floor had clumps of hair and what looked like dried up vomit on it. Smelt like mold very dusty and blinds were broken.  They refused to offer a refund. Never again! They should be shut down!

Stay away!

Room was not as pictured very small and dirty. The beds are only full size. Couldn’t get any sleep for over an hour people outside fighting yelling and screaming. Vehicles got hit in the parking lot cops had to come at 2AM.

Horrible

the room had a great location but none of the pictures looked like my room it was dirty and dust on a lamp i could not shut off,without unpluggng .We arrived in the pouring rain on bikes from ny had to walk across the street as a sign on the office door directed us and then to get to the montecarlo to find out we now had to go back to the original office. we recieved in by a girl who gave us 2 towels and i tried to explain although i thought i needed to extend my trip till monday by phone to the hotel  after i booked on line the girl who i spoke to was very nice.the girl i was trying to explain it was not a third party reservation was not nice and refused to let me explain my extra night was thrugh the hotel phone resvervation.
we went back each day to get towels which only happened after day 3, did we get clean ones.the bed is too mall for 2 ppl and very uncomfortable the sheets and blankets were aweful.
THANKGOD for this sweet professinal young woman whom at checkout let me explain how i added a day through the hotel itself and let me canceljust and only for that reason do they deseve more stars so whomever reads this please promote that young woman or any other hotel would be absolutely graced to have her she was kind curtious ,professinal looked the part too and i actually felt good about this place after interaction with SAHMOEN.She reluctanly took my gratitudeand prasises and also my word i would review and absolutely tell all how fabulous her customer service was this young woman was raised right and absolutely would make any hotel proud to have her.

This place was horrible!  My daughter and I spent an hour cleaning room 218.  They won’t bother your room due to COVID-19, yet they don’t clean rooms before your visit either.  The floor was disgusting, I don’t think they have a vacuum.  I had to use the one towel that was in the room to clean the AC unit........ OMG!  I don’t think anyone has ever pulled the filter out to clean it.  The fridge wasn’t working properly.  The office guy said he would send the maintenance man over, however he never showed.  So I defrosted and reset it and got it working again.  We had to lay a sheet I brought from home to cover the bed because there was no way my daughter and I were sleeping on that bed.  It didn’t appear to be laundered in months. When you pass associates working there or when you check out, nobody dares to ask how your stay was or if everything was alright..... lol.  Obviously they know.  Horribly disgusting place!
