I took my family there for a beach weekend and this place almost wrecked our vacation...first the quoted me one price and when I got there it was an additional $200 in all kinds of unnecessary fees, then we get in the room and we find bed bugs in the bed so we called to talk to the manager and no response until the morning. When we finally was able to talk to the manager after being yelled at by the front desk associate for them having bed bugs the manager proceeds to gets angry and tells us we just want our money back so we can get back home and then kicks us off her property and then proceeds to call the police...we never disrespected her or raises our voice in any way..all we wanted was our money back, I just wanted to enjoy my weekend with my family and have fun...it was the worst hotel and most horrific experience ever in my 35 years...DO NOT EVER EVER EVER STAY THERE!!!

Terrible Terrible Terrible

Went for senior trip. No utensils, the place was already dirty when we got there, and they said it slept 12 but hardly fit 10, it had no grill, and they stole half of our security deposit. Do not stay there.  Way too expensive for how bad of a place it was.

Worst place ever

They accept teenagers for senior week and then rip them off (I was the parent who booked it). The place smelled of vomit on first arrival and they refused to clean it.  They then refused to return any of the $350 security deposit after we cleaned up the place and left if totally acceptable.  They require all money up front, no credit cards, so very hard to protest short of going to court

Steal Your Money

Me and 9 of my friends (10 total) stayed there this summer. We were told there was a grill, there was no grill. There were absolutely no cooking utensils, forks, pots. There were about 5 plates so we couldn't eat at the same time. There was never any hot water. There is a $50 security deposit per person so we should have received $500 but we got ZERO. They refuse to return my phone calls and emails when I ask them about it. If you're going to stay here be prepared to not get anything back even though we left and the rooms were SPOTLESS. this place was the biggest joke I've ever seen in my life. For the week we payed over $4000 to stay here. I promise I will NEVER stay here again.

Don't waste your time

When we got there, there was blood on the door, it looked like a crime scene. the key didn't fit in the lock so they had to be changed, it smelled like mildew, there were bugs everywhere, the sheets were dirty, there was a giant hole in the ceiling above the toilet that dripped on you, when we came back from dinner the last night we found slugs all over the counters and under the sink, it was absolutely disgusting ! I was scared to sit on the couch cause of how gross everything was. when we told the owners about it they did nothing. I would NEVER recommend this place. VERY UNSANITARY !
